This central and cozy Rome holiday apartment is ideal for a large group or family. If you are traveling together with other groups of people, please note that we also manage five apartments in the same building. These units can be rented together when available: Trevi charming apartment, Trevi stylish apartment, Trevi elegant apartment, and Trevi lovely terrace apartment. The location is absolutely ideal for visiting our amazing city. This spacious Rome flat is on the first floor of an eighteenth century building (without a lift).
Along the corridor in which you enter, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, a stove, and oven. Of course, all the necessary utensils and kitchenware you’ll need to enjoy a nice meal at home are also available. Continuing down the corridor, there is the first bathroom complete with a bathtub.
At the end of the corridor, you’ll find a nicely decorated living room where you can lounge and watch some television on the 32″ flat screen TV. The sofa bed in the living room can sleep two guests. From the living room, you can access the elegant master bedroom which has a king size bed and a large desk.
In the same corridor there is also a door leads to the second part of the house. In this section you will find the kitchenette with an electric stove and a fridge/freezer. An air conditioned dining area is located right next to the kitchenette. Nearby, there is another bathroom with a shower.
The second master bedroom has a beautiful four-poster bed with night tables and lamps. Modern paintings enrich the walls of this comfortable room. This room has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
A spiral staircase leads you to the third bedroom which features a king size bed, night tables and lamps. This room also has an air conditioning unit.
Finally, there is wireless Internet access throughout the apartment. If you are looking for the Rome holiday apartment with a great combination of location, comfort and space, look no further!
The apartment lies just few steps from the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon. This is an extremely central location, and is also one of the most luxurious and elegant areas of the city. Here you will find designer shops filling the streets off the Via del Corso, and an equally refined crowd frequenting them. In addition to this, you will find many stylish bars and restaurants in this area. It is thus a great place to relax and unwind with some retail therapy before enjoying some delicious food and drink at one such establishment.
What is more, this area lies on the Metro A line. This will take you all the way through to the Vatican in one direction, and Termini in the other. To get to the Colosseum, you can change at the latter onto the Metro B line. This can also take you through the delightful Monti area, or even further to the Circo Massimo, from which you can easily climb up to the beautiful Giardino degli Aranci.

«Precioso apartamento en la Fontana de Trevi.»
Apartamento en un lugar ideal. Tiene todas las comodidades. Es perfecto
«Great location, improvable quality»
The location and size of the apartment are fantastic but the photos do not correspond with the quality that we have found. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for the four poster bed creaked every time they moved and the pillows needed updating. The air conditioning on the top floor only blew cold air for what is in this era. The bathrooms need...Read More an urgent reform because they are in the conditions and are very old especially the two smaller ones. The fact that two of the showers are cortical is quite unhygienic and gives a musty smell to the horrible bathroom. We request that there be soaps in the bathroom and a sedative and the only thing that has left us are the soap bars and the hands and the dryer can not be plugged into the current. The hot water for the showers was limited to an amount that for 7 people was sometimes fair and had just operated with cold water. The cleaning in general of the whole apartment was unfortunate, but it was stuck to the wood every time it left something on it and it did not leave us even a tablecloth to put on. The ground is covered by a kind of esparto carpet and in some pieces it is perforated. The kitchen was quite well equipped, although you miss them in microwave. The apartment did not have any kind of detail that indicates that the owner puts a little love and good service to what he is offering.
«Need of major investment»
The apartment very near to the Trevi Fountain is a great location but there are several issues with the apartment itself. The shower tanks don't hold enough hot water. The mezzanine floor lacks height so you end up with a hunched back after a while. The furniture is very shabby and doesn't match. The carpets need renewed as there are ...Read Moreholes in them throughout. The cupboards are full of crap not having any reason to be there in a rented apartment. The main kitchen lacks a table near to the sockets for the coffee maker. The other kitchen's fridge is broken. The electrics are dodgy as hell and there is insufficient anything for the number of people it claims to be able to accommodate. I've used Rome Lofts every other year for the past 10 years. They have really gone downhill and I won't be using them again. They really need to take a look at what they are providing and invest in their properties or many more, like our group, will walk away.
«Superb authentic Italian aparment in the centre of all the attractions of Rome but with privacy, quiet and security»
This was a great apartment for my family of 6. It is near the Trevi but an oasis from the tourist crowds offering an authentic taste of living in Rome. It is full equipped in the kitchen and living areas, beautifully decorated rooms with high ceilings and quality linen. The location, quality of fit out, bathrooms and facilities made this a wonderfu...Read Morel holiday place to base our adventures of Rome. We would love to stay again and would highly recommend the place and the way in which we were helped with every enquiry and welcomed into the apartment. Thanks again
«Very well situated»
Only one objection: the dining room is too small for six people
Apartment is lovely. Staff are really helpful. Transfer to airport brilliant. Fridge in one kitchen wasn't working and although we were promised an engineer but no one turned up. Also the shower in the ensuite bathroom overflowed. However thank you for making our stay so enjoyable it was a special time for us as we had a family wedding in Rome...Read More. We would definitely return and recommend this aparatment.
«Can\'t beat the location!»
Wonderful location steps from Trevi fountain. Vey nice 3-bedroom, 3 bath apartment with good air conditioning.
Apartment was in a great location and within a 30 second walk to the Trevi Fountain. We had 8 people stay - would have been perfect for 6. Just a bit small for the 8 of us. When we arrived, there had been a water leak so there were builders and plumbers and dust everywhere. However, the Romeloft representative dealt with it very quickly so we wer...Read Moree able to still enjoy our stay at the apartment. Would recommend to others.
We had a fantastic 4 night break here. The location is perfect, and the apartment is a lovely retreat after a day of walking and sight seeing. It had everything we needed, including wifi, corkscrew and coffee maker. Just to mention though, the showers - they were ok - but very small and the sprayed in all directions.Everything else was great, thank...Read Mores for a lovely stay.
«After the slightly difficult start the continuation was very good.»
Because we were a group of 4 couples we had taken 4 apartments and it had been agreed that in the largest one 8 people could sit around a table for lunch or dinner. This had not been prepared beforehand as agreed and was thankfully adjusted by the 2 gentlemen who gave us the keys. The big apartment is for 8 people. This comment is valid also for the rest of the group.
«Good location , apartment smelled stale , mold in the bathroom »
Beautifully design space with high ceilings , wet sisal carpets created a stale odor in the space . Mold in the shower stall . Could Have been cleaner, air conditioning only in 2 rooms, living space area a bit warm. but over all a beautiful space .
Perfect location and very friendly staff. The loft could do with a new kettle (had to boil water in pot), microwave and pan.
It was very good, but the third room was mezzanine floor open. It didin´t explain this situation properly before. Except this everything was very good. Thank you very much
«Wonderful experience in Rome. I will return»
Everithing has been wonderful. The flat has been better than we thougt. I can recomend you Trevi house and airbyb services.
«Excellent location . Excellent facility . »
Helpfull and friendly staff.
«Very Good Stay»
Location was excellent. Trevi fountain is very nearby ( about 40 meters ). Took a hotel shuttle from the company and driver was already waiting when we arrived. Marteen met us at the apartment and made us felt at home. The apartment was cosy and clean. Everywhere is within walking distance. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay
Really loved the apartment itself, which was thoughtfully and stylishly furnished, scrupuously clean, and we particularly appreciated the lovely big comfortable beds. The meet and greet/check-in procedure was slick and easy and our 'greeter' polite and helpful. But of course the most special feature of all about the apartment is it's...Read More location. We visited all the famous sights of Rome and went to many terrific restaurants, all on foot and without having to resort to taxis or public transport. Altogether a great stay, so much so that we plan to do it again, and wouldn't even consider staying anywhere other than Trevi House apartment.
«Location worked out well for us.»
Would work well for a family or younger couples. A little noisy for those who need quiet to sleep. Also, sea grass on all of the flooring is a bit musty smelling and 2 of us had allergies from it. We vacuumed it was a bit better. A clean sponge would have been nice for the kitchen. Wi fi only worked well at dining table.Showers are small and try...Read More to be the first to take a shower so you have hot water! Other than that, we enjoyed the space and the location was central for everything we wanted to see. Nissar was very helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport and explaining everything in the apartment.
«Nice Place in a Fabulous Location»
The apartment is very well located a few hundred meters from the Trevi Fountaiin in central Rome. The staff are friendly, efficient and prompt. Apart from the tiny dining table the apartment is quite spacious and is well suited to two couples. The third bedroom is a loft and is really only suitable for children or short adults (like me). I found it...Read More OK but six footers would struggle up there. The power outlets seem to be older types and the appliances would only work with adapters of which there are only two available. Overall the apartment is recommended on the basis of its location, the attentive staff and value for money.
The location of the Trevi House Apartment was second to none! We were literally ten steps away from the Trevi Fountain and were surrounded by cafes and other shops. The apartment itself was beautiful; very clean and included everything we needed. The airport transfer service was very handy as we arrived in Rome late at night and all had large s...Read Moreuitcases. The driver was friendly and at €55 between 4 of us, it was the easiest way to get to the apartment without having to join a horrendously long taxi queue. However, in the apartment description, it says that there is a luggage storage facility; what it doesn't tell you is that it is located at the other side of the city - a fifteen minute taxi journey, or a forty-five minute walk away. While only a minor gripe, we felt like we could have benefitted from this knowledge before selecting the luggage storage option. Furthermore, we were asked no less than three times what time we would like to check out on our last day and when we asked what times were available, we were told 10:30 or 11:00. We said 11:00, and passed this information on no less than three times, but on our last day, people turned up at the apartment at 10:15 and said that we had to check out. These are all very, very tiny negatives because as I have said, the location of the apartment massively outshines any grey cloud.
«Perfect for a short or long break in the heart of Rome»
Several small units combined together, this has a quirky layout with 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms. That said, it's perfect for spreading out a family. Location could not be beat.
«Great apartment !»
At 50 meters of Trevi Fountain, we were in Roma center. So easy when you have kids ! The apartment is beautiful and really confortable.
I'll always remember the experience, I hope I could come back as soon as possible!!!!
«Fabulous location; central for everything.»

I spent a week in Rome with my parents and it was our first trip. The apartment was ideally situated and extremely well located not only for the Trevi fountain but lots of other sights. Electric hotplates in the kitchen were not properly earthed and we did get small electric shocks from them on occasion. Water heating: Apparently a new heater has bee fitted recently and it seems the water is running far too hot: can hear it boiling and when running hot tap in bathroom (off the main bedroom) superheated water issues : it boils on exiting the tap resulting in scalding splashes and scalding steam. Non-slip mats in the showers would be a good idea especially for those who are less mobile Position of electricity outlets in kitchenette is rather close to the sink (!) Plug in kitchen sink doesn’t work so water drains away quickly. Would greatly benefit from bread knife and bread board and perhaps a better selection of cups and glasses, especially if 4 people are staying. We hope this is useful feedback...we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others and return if we come back to Rome. Many thanks

We stayed at the flat from August 6 until August 10 2012. The flat was similar as per the picture on the site. We were very surprised of its position: 20m from the trevi fountain, 15 min from termini train station and close to everything: Colosseum, palatino, downtown, trastevere, Spanish steps etc. We only took a cab to go to the Vatican (10 euros)...Read More but you can as well go by foot. It takes about 40 min walking. The weather was very hot: 40 degres, 10 more degres than usually! We had the AC in the flat, in the room it was working well but in the living room it was broken. The flat was furnished, we didn't need anything! They had clean towels for us, sheets and equipped kitchen! Some few things to know about Rome during this period. Italians are on vacation during the month of August. So if you are looking for some night life, don't expect much. We tried all the clubs of the city and none was open (Art cafe, La maison, balatino, room 86, spanish steps boat party, fluid etc)All of them was close except La vista which is near the Colosseum. However, we were refused the entry at 1.30 am even if there was no one in this club! The bouncer didn't want to make extra money and let us in! The Spanish boat party was shit, it is not even a boat, it is a small little house on the river! There are was a couple of few persons, music was shit and it was so small that you couldn't move. The food is very good, healthy and not expensive. I recommend the best pizza restaurant in Rome: Sforno. There you can have a very good tasty pizza for not more than 9 euros. I also recommend the house speciality, it is a pizza for 2 but you can eat it alone (14 euros). Try the margarita which is very good their. Try the tartuffo ice cream, you have a lot of choice, just go have a look on trip advisor for the best. In conclusion of our trip: Tourism: very satisfied Weather: satisfied Food: very satisfied Bars: very dissatisfied Night clubs: very dissatisfied If your looking for a family trip, Rome is the place to go during the summer. If your looking for the blast of your life, go to Ibiza, Krakow or beirut!
