Within a short stroll from the majestic Saint Peter’s basilica, you’ll find this gem of an apartment for rent. This large sunny Saint Peters terrace attic is located at the 5th and last floor of a charming characteristic building with a lift. Recently renovated, nothing is missing for your stay to be both comfortable and unforgettable.
On the first floor, the hallway which leads you to the bright master bedroom, has useful large mirrored cupboards on one side. The bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen television, a chair, night tables, beautiful storage space, and lovely decorative lamps. The wonderful parquet floor makes this already sunny room even brighter. The modern en suite bathroom has a large shower.
Up the stairs of this roman rental, you’ll find a well designed open space with the living/dining room, the laboratory kitchen, and the little office corner. “Cotto” tiling on the floor and exposed wood beams on the ceiling make this area extra cozy. The living room is made up of a grey L-shaped sofa which doubles as a sofa bed for two, coffee tables, and a flat screen television.
The kitchen, with its colorful backsplash tiles, stone counter top and country-style cupboards, offers an oven, a stove, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, an american coffee machine and a toaster. Of course, quality kitchenware and tableware are also provided. Here, you can enjoy a nice meal around the glass table for 4 right by the huge windows which open to the terrace. The washing machine is also located in the kitchen.
The office corner and the WI-FI connection make it possible for you to get some work done should you need to. Right by the desk, and up three little steps, there is a brand new bathroom with two charming arch shaped windows and a large standing shower.
The greatest feature of this apartment is its spacious outdoor area. Here you can enjoy the view from not one, but two, wonderfully furnished terraces. There are plenty of chairs to sit on and to marvel at the sight of the cupola of Saint-Peter’s during sunset while sipping a long glass of wine on the lower or the upper level terrace… this is what la dolce vita is all about!

«Muy acogedor y confortable»
El apartamento fue en ubicación y comodidades excelente. El staf de personal muy respetuosos y competentes en sus tareas. Quiero destacar especialmente el personal de Rome Loft especialmente la Sra Sibilla con quien he tratado y ante cualquier requerimiento siempre estuvo muy solicita. Fue una experiencia absolutamente muy recomendable
«Still as beautiful second time around !!»
Top Luxury Apartment with character, really can't fault. Good use of both Terraces and Prati is the place to be.

«Outstanding stay in Rome»
We were extremely pleased with our stay at St. Peter's luxury terrace attic. The addition of a washing machine was nice, though we didn't stay long enough to use it. And the terraces added so much to the ambience of the apartment. It rained while we were in Rome, but I imagine that both terraces would be wonderful if the weather was nice. I do have 2 suggestions: add some type of topper to the mattress, which is a bit too firm but would be perfect with the simple addition of a memory foam or synthetic down topper. Secondly, although I loved the glass dining table uncovered, if I owned the apartment I would probably cover it with a tablecloth. I have a glass table in my rental apartment, too, and I have found that renters are not very careful with other people's property. I finally had to cover my glass table to keep it from getting too scratched up. If you don't mind replacing it when it gets scratched, though, I must say that the glass table is absolutely perfect with the room decor.

Hemos pasado unos días magníficos,. Vamos a Roma casi todos los años desde hace tiempo, nos encanta la ciudad, y esta vez hemos estado más cómodos que nunca y mejor situados que nunca. Great apartment, felt as though you were on top of Rome! Apartment was exactly as pictured, very quiet and very secure. Loved having 2 full bathrooms, one on each level. «A lovely retreat from hectic Rome in tourist season.»
Plenty of good restaurants within 200-300 metres. Supermarket opposite, ten minute walk to St Peters basilica. The terraces are lovely but weather was too hot for us to enjoy. Despite these minor short-coming we enjoyed our stay. It made a welcome difference from staying in a hotel room.

The apartment was ideally situated just next to Vatican City. There is a delicious and vibrant restaurant just around the corner which we visited twice in our stay. I can't adequately express how pleased I was with everything that RomeLoft provided. I barely had time to write everything down before he delivered us to the doorstep of a gorgeous 19th century building in the Prati neighborhood. We were met by Mateen, who let us in and gave us a thorough understanding of how everything functioned in the apartment. When the WiFi would not connect, he came back early the next morning with new equipment (even though it was a holiday) and made sure everything was in order. The apartment itself was stunning, meticulously clean, and equipped with every amenity. The attention to detail and the accessibility of the staff is paramount to me whilst traveling (I am a travel journalist for several US publications), and RomeLoft scored a perfect 10 in these areas. After checking out, I asked to stow my luggage for the day and spend a few extra hours in Trastevere before leaving, and this request was graciously accommodated as well. I dropped off my luggage at the secure RomeLoft storage site at my convenience, and was free to wander the streets unencumbered. All I can think about is how the honeyed Roman sun fell across my bed in the morning, and how I wanted for nothing, and how I can't wait to go back. Thank you so much to the staff at RomeLoft for a peerless experience.

Overall excellent - very happy. The one point I would make relates to the connection between the AirBnB website that I used for the booking and the RomeLoft brand that actually administered. We had high expectations of the apartment and it met them all. The view was amazing and to have the two terraces was great with breakfast on the lower and evening drinks on the upper. Staircase down to: Lobby, Sliding doors into: Main bedroom. Spacious bedroom with large comfortable bed, plenty of storage for four people's clothes for a week, good airconditioning unit, well equipped shower room off. Both showers performed very well. As a holiday rental, plenty of room for two adults and two children. I think two pairs of adults would be a bit of a tight fit. We were a married couple with one adult child. Lift (elevator) from the ground floor to the apartment landing makes getting up there easy. Well stocked small supermarket / delicatessan just across the road. Plenty of restaurants (of many price and quality levels) and bars in easy walking distance. Vatican, St Peter's, Castel Sant' Angelo ten or fifteen minutes walk. We walked to visit the major fountains comfortably in one morning. Attention and service from Rome Loft were excellent. Value for money depends on your definition but I had no qualms paying 1145 euro for a week. I would certainly recommend the apartment to anybody wanting a central space from which to visit the Roman sights. The spiral staircase to the rooftop terrace and the internal staircase from main bedroom to kitchen / living room will make this a difficult apartment for the physically restricted.
