This unit is on the first floor of an old building and it’s on two levels. It has been recently renovated, and entering you will immidiately notice its particular style: modern but with a bohemian touch, and its high ceilings. Location: The area near Via Margutta is a very classy, upscale area in the center of Rome and has been inhabited by many famous people including Picasso and also was the sight where the movie Roman Holiday was filmed. The area also hosts a famous exposition every year called 100 Painters of Via Margutta that showcases more than a 1,000 works from new and lesser known artists.
