This unit is on the second floor of an old building and it’s on two levels. It has been recently renovated, and entering you will immidiately notice its particular style: modern but with a bohemian touch, and its high ceilings. The living room is bright and spacious and it’s provided with all you need: Flat TV 42′, Internet access wireless, Hi-Fi, and a comfortable sofa bed. The open-kitchen is modern and well equipped: Oven, Espresso coffee machine, dish washer.
A wooden stair will lead you to the second level of the loft, where there are the master bedroom, the bathroom and the enchanting well groomed terrace.
The bedroom overlooks the living room featuring a japanese king size bed. The nice bathroom offers a shower. In front of the king size bed there is the entrance of the terrace. The terrace is full of plants and it is furnished with a couple of comfortable sofas. The view over the ‘Pincio’ is particularly relaxing.
Little note: From this terrace you can see the apartment of Gregory Peck in the cult movie ‘Vacanze Romane’ with Audrey Hepburn.
Location: The area near Via Margutta is a very classy, upscale area in the center of Rome and has been inhabited by many famous people including Picasso and also was the sight where the movie Roman Holiday was filmed. The area also hosts a famous exposition every year called 100 Painters of Via Margutta that showcases more than a 1,000 works from new and lesser known artists.
