Located in the very heart of the historical center of Rome, this multi-level air-conditioned family penthouse is perfect for a memorable Roman holiday for a family or big group of friends. Spread over two levels with three different terraces, it will quickly become your home away from home and a place you’ll be happy to return to again and again. The terrific panoramic views will make your stay unforgettable!

This family penthouse is located on the 5th and 6th floor of a historical building with an elevator and is separated into two different parts to allow for greater privacy should you require it. There are 3 separate bedrooms in total plus two sofa beds, each of which can be used by a couple, thus accommodating a total of 10 people. There are 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens and therefore plenty of space for everyone!

The first area of the Campo de Fiori large apartment has an open style dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. A guest bathroom with a shower is located nearby. There are two bedrooms in this part of the penthouse, which differ in size. The larger bedroom is more suitable for adults, whereas the smaller one is better suited to children. Both of the bedrooms have double beds, and the bigger one also has an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The apartment has a pretty living room with antique furniture and a double sofa bed that opens onto the first terrace, which boasts wonderful views over the cupola of Sant’Agnese in Agone church. The second area of the penthouse, separate but on the same floor, features another spacious bedroom with king-size bed and its own little terrace. Here you will also find an air conditioning unit and a flat screen TV.

Walking up the beautiful wooden staircase you enter a spacious lounge room where all the family can get together in the evenings. Elegant parquet floors, cozy white sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed), a decorative fireplace, air-conditioning unit and 50″ TV make for a comfortable and stylish stay. Right next to the living room you will find another bathroom and the second kitchen. From here you can also access the largest terrace, fully equipped for delicious lunches or dinners – there is a large table with 8 chairs under a canopy, which provides shade during sunny days.

We recommend this beautiful Campo de Fiori large penthouse for a magical stay in the heart of the  Eternal City.

Campo de Fiori Large Penthouse

Amazingly, the front door of our apartment was 5 metres from that of the one we rented in 2012! Romelofts were excellent. Airport transfers were arranged without fuss and with a charming driver, and the guide for our Vatican visit was knowledgeable and stayed nearly an extra hour with us. The apartment was fantastic (though a toaster would have Read Morebeen useful - we nearly went and bought one!). We were only 3 people so it was very comfortable, but it would take 6 in comfort and you could squeeze more. One thing that would be good would be a comments book for guests to write good (&bad) experiences with restaurants etc, and recommendations for future parties staying there. We shall certainly use Romelofts again for our next trip.
