These two beautiful apartments are located side by side in the same building on Via di San Vicenzo. They are a short distance from the magnificent Trevi Fountain and the beautiful Barcaccia fountain at the foot of the Spanish Steps. You will find these spacious apartments on the third floor of a historic historic building (without a lift). Together they can accomodate a group of up to 8 people. It is a perfect way for members of an extended family to stay together, as well as two couples, or families with older children.

The apartments are similar in size and accommodation, each offering a master bedroom with a king size bed and a comfortable living area. The living rooms in both are equipped with a sofa bed that sleeps two. The apartments showcase a stunning, stylish interior, recently updated by a famous designer.

One of the apartments, known as Trevi Lovely Terrace, has a furnished rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding monuments accessed through a small spiral staircase. In the living room there are high wooden ceilings, white sofas with colorful pillows, a coffee table, contemporary art paintings, kilims carpets and a table with chairs. There is a 32” flat screen TV, a DVD player, Internet WiFi, air conditioning and a Hi-Fi system.  The master bedroom is bright, simple and elegant with night tables, lamps and large wardrobes. Additionally, there is a second bathroom with a shower.

The other apartment, Trevi Stylish, has views of Roman rooftops and cupolas from every room. In the living room there is a coffee table, and HiFi system, and a 32” flat screen TV. Shades of grey, white beige and black blend together to create an elegant and intimate feel. Also, stylish artwork decorates the walls, complementing the sophisticated furniture. The master bedroom is very quiet at night with night tables, lamps and closets. The bathroom has a large bathtub with a shower.

Finally, they both offer exclusive, private enjoyment of the surrounding beauty, specifically in the quiet of the evening.

Both have well equipped kitchens with electric stoves, ovens, refrigerator/freezers, and Italian coffeemakers. The apartments have all the necessary cooking equipment to whip up a home-cooked meal with local ingredients from the shops and outdoor markets nearby.

We recommend this combination of apartments for anyone who wants to enjoy the center of Rome in a group. The option of separate apartments allows travelers the extra space to feel at home away from home.

Trevi Terrace House Apartment
«Trevi Romeloft»

The overall feedback is great. The staff at reception was quick and available upon our arrival. Everyone of us 8 people in the party was happy to be at the Trevi loft. We had few concerns about the Internet which never worked across the entire floor. Definitely not the roof. We improvised in the last few days by seeking other means which wasRead More an additional cost for us. We tried and failed to get good support after numerous emails were sent to Romeloft. Also, the stairs were a great way to exercise daily, but the steps were somewhat too steep. Overall the location is perfect and if were to repeat this trip, we would recommend that 6 people at most be able to occupy the same space allocated. mainly cause there were no storage, no dining room and no room to be outside at night forall eight people. Thanks. Mel...
