This luxury terrace apartment is located on the 4th floor of an elegant building (no lift) on Via di San Vincenzo, a nice and quiet street located just a few steps from the Trevi fountain. The best features of this apartment are the lovely roof terrace with views and outdoor furniture (roof top) and the high quality of the Interior decor. A famous Interior designer has personally followed the recent works of this unit, with a fabulous result.
The living area features high wooden ceilings, white sofas with colored pillows, low table for magazines, important paintings of Contemporary Art, kilims, and table with chairs. The sitting area is extremely well equipped with 32″ flat TV, DVD player, Internet Wi-Fi access, air conditioning and a great Hi-Fi system. One of the sofas is a convertible sofa in case you will have guests coming to visit you during your Roman stay.
The master bedroom has a king size bed in its center, night tables, abat-jours and large wardrobes. It is bright, simple and elegant at the same time. The two bathrooms have both a shower box.
The kitchen is well equipped with electrical stove, oven, fridge, freezer and an Espresso coffee machine for lovers of our Italian coffee. All the necessary cookery equipment is also provided. The small terrace is located on the roof: the access is via a small spiral staircase. We recommend this unit to everybody.

We arrived in Rome,tired and jetlagged and met our driver that Sibilla arranged for us- what a treat to not have to worry about transportation after flying all night. Our check in process went seamlessly- and we loved the apartment. Especially the air conditioning since Rome was very hot and sticky the entire time we were there. The bedroom was lovely, the living room had great room to spread out and relax after sightseeing all day. The first day we ran out of hot water while showering, but after that we learned how to time our showers to not have that problem. All in all, we had a great stay at this apartment. The only disappointment was the terrace, which is the reason I had picked this apartment. There was trash, dead plants and the table and chairs were so wobbly and uncomfortable that we gave up using that space. The apartment itself was lovely though. Sibilla was prompt in replying to questions while planning our trip and it was wonderful that she was able to help us arrange transportation to and from the airport. Thank you!
