This high-end apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an elegant building on Via della Chiesa Nuova within walking distance of Campo de Fiori, Governo Vecchio and Piazza Navona. The building does not have a lift.

The living room is stately and homey at the same time: an antique stone fireplace is the main feature of the living room. Comfortable sofas, armchairs, a wooden table with chairs, library and curtains, everything seems to be there to give you an impression of being at home. High windows, wooden ceilings, decorated doors, and a beautiful “cotto” floor are some of the details that will catch your attention.  You can sit there and just enjoy the beauty of the design of the room.

The kitchen has a countryside touch, thanks to several original copper pots and tiles on the walls. It is very well equipped with gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, and washing machine.  There is a great little table there where you sit and grab a quick bite after returning from a long day.

From the living room, you can access the studio, with a well stocked library and 22″ Flat TV.  It is through here that you get to the bathroom, which has a bathtub and showerhead. A staircase leads you to the upper level where there is a master bedroom with a king size bed.  From the living room another stair leads you to the second bedroom (also located on the upper level) with a queen size bed, and its en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This classy apartment is recommended to adults who enjoy beauty and style (and not for children and elderly people).
