You will find this Rome luxury penthouse on the last floor of one of the finest buildings of Rome’s historical center. This building also offers an elevator. It’s certainly one of RomeLoft’s most magnificent and unique accommodations.

The large living room features a beautiful antique fireplace in its center, and two lounging areas. The first, next to the fireplace, has sofas and armchairs. The other, near the main window, has a double sofa bed. Here you will also find a lovely dining area with an elegant table and chairs. If you plan on hosting two friends during your Roman stay, the sofa bed will come in handy. White wooden ceilings and a beautiful parquet floor add charm and coziness to this space.

The original wooden ceilings have been completely restored. The elegant master bedroom has a king size bed, with white curtains on the windows. Antique pieces of furniture add an elegant touch. The bathroom features a wide, comfortable bathtub, with a handheld shower head.

The well-equipped kitchen and will allow you to prepare a lovely breakfast, or cook up an exquisite evening meal.

The best feature of this Rome luxury penthouse is certainly its fabulous wide terraces and breathtaking views. Right between Piazza dell’Orologio, Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori, in the heart of the historical center, you can see all the most important historical sights, cupolas and roofs. The well-furnished terrace, offers an outdoor dining and lounge area. It provides fantastic place where you can relax in front of a glass of wine.

The Location

This Rome luxury penthouse lies just next to Piazza Navona and Campo de’ Fiori. The former is great in the evenings, when the atmosphere buzzes with people spilling into the piazza from nearby restaurants and bars. The latter, alternatively, is lovely in the mornings when it holds its market selling local produce.

This is an extremely central location, with easy access to many attractions. Within very easy walking distance, you will find the Pantheon, Trastevere, Castel Sant’Angelo. Just a little further of a walk will take you all the way to the Vatican, Piazza Venezia, and Trevi Fountain. From the last two you can also easily walk to the Spanish Steps, and the Piazza del Popolo. Heading in the other direction, you will find the Colosseum and the Roman Forum area.

«Awesome place in the perfect part of rome»

What a wonderful place. Great little apartment with a roof balcony that has a 360 degree view to die for. Perfectly located in walking distance to great shops and restaurants - with a real local feel to it. The host was brilliant and even arranged a driver to and from the airport. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking fRead Moreor a charming place in a great location for a romantic getaway.

«Fantastic break in central Rome»

A brilliant apartment located in the centre of Rome. The sun terrace takes this apartment from good to great, with plenty of space and fantastic views.

«Awesome location & views»

The staff at Romeloft were brilliant. They sourced a clothes airer and cot at the last minute for us. And even helped us with our bags. This being central Rome, parking near the apartment was difficult and we had a lot of luggage as any parent travelling with a toddler knows. But the location was excellent. Lots of brilliant trattorias within easy Read Morewalking distance. And what a place. The Palazzo was amazing. So nice to end our Italian holiday staying in this area and place with its old world charm and wonderful terrace.

«Amazing views, bring your own toilet paper»

The 360-degree view from the rooftop terrace was incredible, and the sounds of the cathedral bells were absolutely beautiful. The apartment is also very comfortable. Our only complaint was that there was no toilet paper when we arrived on Saturday. Who doesn't need toilet paper? And, being new to Rome, we were not familiar with the neighboRead Morerhood and could not easily go out and buy it ourselves. When we contacted the management by text, they said, "Normally in toilet you can found it. Plz check again." We looked everywhere throughout the entire apartment twice. When we told them it was not there, they said they would provide it. On Sunday, we followed up again, and they again said they would provide toilet paper. By the end of the day, after having to go to restaurants to use the bathroom, we finally went out and purchased our own toilet paper. When I advised the management that we had done so, they replied with "We are very sorry. Today is Sunday." I don't know about you, but we need toilet paper on Sunday just like any other day. Given that RomeLoft touts a high level of service to justify the prices they charge, we consider this incident a complete failure on their part.

«A perfectly located and comfortable way to enjoy Rome»

This as our first time in Rome and it won't be our last. Rome Loft's enabled us to experience Rome from an ideally located position. We were able to walk to all of the major sight seeing attractions. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very well equipped for two people, and the roof terrace was the added bonus providing rest aRead Morend relaxation in what was a very busy week. The whole experience was seamless, from booking, being picked up from the airport, a very welcoming approach from Honey and knowing the staff were always there if needed. In all a first class experience and we won't hesitate to come back to Rome and Rome Loft.

«Very good but also very strange!»

I found dealing with Rome Lofts via email rather good but the representative who met me at my apartment in ROme was unprofessional, he talked on his phone constantly to other people that had nothing to do with me and did not show me around the place. He yelled at people on his phone, I asked him not to answer the calls but he insisted and kept yellRead Moreing at people, the flowers I requested were cheap and in a plastic bag in his hands and he demanded money for the breakfast I had ordered, the flowers I had asked for, all without receipts or any kind of proof. It concerned me a great deal but the Loft was great.

«Great experience except for electrical problems»

Last year we had a failure of the hot water system; this year it was the electrical system. The unit's perfect in all other respects, but the failure of basic services would make us hesitate to book this one again.

«Great apartment and great location»

Great apartment with stunning 360° panoramic terrasse . Fantastic location . However the kitchen is not well apointed : there should be an expresso coffee machine or a filter coffee machine because the small coffee pots are not enough, specially for 4 people . Moreover, it was not possible to have ice cubes . Thank you for the great welcome, the pRead Moreamper basket and the delicious cake . We will come back !!

«We wanted to thank you. The apartment in  Palazzo Taverna was quite simply ... »

We wanted to thank you. The apartment in  Palazzo Taverna was quite simply perfect; as was the service Rome Lofts provided from start to finish. The driver picking us up at Ciampino on Friday night was on time, and very helpful. The driver picking us up this afternoon (Mima?) was really delightful. Both cars were top of the range. Mr HoneyRead More was a pleasure to deal with and managed our arrival at the apartment with great gentleness and efficiency. The apartment itself was just what we had hoped for; and the chocolate cake a lovely touch. Finally, the unexpected revelation that the apartment was situated in the Palazzo Taverna was a privileged surprise I hadn't expected. Having lived in Rome decades ago, the knowledge that this apartment might be accessible to us going forward makes us so happy. We will return, hopefully on a regular basis! Chris & Jackie
