This original Trastevere stylish loft apartment boasts high wooden ceilings and parquet floors which give it a lot character.
You will find it at the top floor of an eighteenth century building in Trastevere.
The apartment offers two air conditioning units: one in the master bedroom and a second unit in the living room. This is especially useful come summer months, when the heat in Rome can continue long into the night.
The living room is cozy, and also features beautiful furniture chosen with a lot of taste. Moreover you can relax in the two sofas and the armchairs. Here, you will also find a 32″ flat screen TV, an iPod friendly sound system, and wireless internet access. As such, this apartment is a great combination of both comfort and modern amenities, of authentic Italian style and contemporary facilities.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The first has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. The bathroom with a bathtub with shower completes this flat.
This apartment is particularly suitable for families. This is because of the structure of the unit, and the presence of a fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen is completely new and modern, with a gas stove, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dish washer and a washing machine.
This is the perfect place to cook up a delicious meal for all the group after a long day of exploring Rome’s many sights. You can then enjoy this at the wooden table and chairs that you will find in the living area.
We highly suggest this apartment to families and groups of friends who are looking for comfort in a great location.
This Trastevere stylish loft lies right next to the Ponte Sisto, and the Piazza Trilussa. This area is very lively at night, with crowds of people spilling onto the streets to see street performers. Just next to this piazza you will find the famous Freni e Frizioni – a great place to enjoy a classic aperitivo buffet.
Just behind the main Trastevere area you will also find the Gianicolo Hill. We recommend heading up this short but steep climb just in time for sunset. At the top you will find the Piazzale Garibaldi. From here you can either enjoy the evening light over the historical center, or move to the other side to take in the view as the sun goes down next to the cupola of St Peter’s Basilica.
Moreover, the Piazza Trilussa lies along the river, along which several bus lines run. These will take you to everywhere in Rome. Trastevere also benefits from a tram stop.
That aside, the Trastevere area is close to many interesting places. For instance, the Vatican is just north of here and across the river you will find the Campo de’ Fiori. This is a great place to come in the mornings, when you can pick up fresh produce at the Campo’s market. You can then, of course, use this to create your own delicious meals at the apartment.
Just beyond this is the Piazza Navona. In this piazza’s surrounding area you will find many restaurants and bars, as well as facilities such as banks, post offices, pharmacies, and supermarkets.

«The location was perfect with easy access to good restaurants, food shopping and sights of interest.»
We very much enjoyed out stay on the Via del Moro. It's centrally located in the vibrant neighborhood of Trastevere. It was easy contacting Nissar upon our arrival, and he showed us all the details about the apartment. He was very accommodating, and helped us make arrangements for a car to the airport upon our departure. I would strongly r...Read Moreecommend this apartment to folks who are looking for an well-located place in Rome that is a good value for the money. Our complaints consist of the following: (1) There was no toilet paper in the apartment. We think it is not unreasonable to expect it in the apartment. Unfortunately, we arrived in the evening and had to wait until the following morning to go buy some at a local market. (2) The bathroom sink had no hot water because it was hooked up to the washing machine. Men with razors beware. (3) One of the lamps in the bedroom did not work. I notified Nissar who said it would be fixed, but when we left several days later it had not been. The bottom line is these complaints are minor, at least for us, compared to the glorious time we had in Rome.
«Our experience with Rome Lofts was without fault - everything ran very smoothly and Sybilia who I dealt with more than anyone was more than helpful. I would recommend Rome Lofts to friends»
Rome lofts were a great company to deal with and everything ran very smoothly from the transfer at the airport to the meeting at the apartment with the keys. We were able to leave our bags in the apartment on arrival before the cleaning had finished which was very helpful and the apartment was cleaned very well. Two things I would mention though for other clients - it would be good if there had been a shower curtain in the shower as when using the shower water did obviously go all over the floor nearby and also the sofa bed had probably seen better days as it was slightly broken so dipped a bit at the top. We young son used the sofa bed. All in all though a very enjoyable stay in a lovely part of town in a very comfortable apartment. thank you

«Lovely stay in Rome.»
We have recently returned from Rome where we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was a bit more messy than we expected, but we loved it in the end. We arrived on December 28th and it was very cold. «Very friendly, charming appartement on good location...»
Appartement charming on good location and suitable for 5 persons (adults). Noisy at night as a result of several bars in the street. Friendly owner. Were very pleased with staff members of Romeloft, who responded almost immediately to many various questions.
This apartment was a reasonable fit for us. The location, while nicely central, tended to be quite noisy at night time. As the main bedroom was on to the street, the noise presented an issue for us, rather than our children. The stairwell leading up to the apartment was a bit grubby and there was no additional space around the entrance at all.
