Trastevere Stylish Loft – Rome

This original and stylish loft has a lot of character. It is situated on the first floor of an eighteen century building of Trastevere without lift, next to the Ponte Sisto bridge and to Piazza Trilussa, one of the major squares of the area.

The living room has been decorated with a pop art touch, with its orange walls and with interesting paintings. In this part of the apartment you will find a red comfortable sofa, a nice library, and a table with 4 chairs.  The Home Theatre room is located next to the living room and is completely soundproof.

Thanks to the Bose Hi-Fi system, you will have a fantastic entertainment experience. You will also have the possibility to enjoy the Sat TV channels. Internet wireless is a comfortable skill of this apartment. The Home Theater room has also a comfortable double sofa bed, and can turn into a third bedroom.

The kitchen is absolutely fully equipped, with a professional kitchen gas range, an american fridge, with freezer and ice machine, 2 ovens, one is a steam oven and the other is a gas oven, a professional coffee machine. The kitchen is also furnished with a table with 4 chairs.

Furthermore, you will discover the first double bedroom, with a king size bed, and its en-suite bathroom, with shower. The second double bedroom is the master bedroom of the apartment, large about 30 square meters, with an amazing bathtube in a corner, and with original paintings and pictures. Wardrobes are everywhere in this wide apartment, and will be very practical during your stay. A second bathroom with shower is located next to this room.

Finally there are two outside spaces, one furnished with an outdoor table and 2 chairs, and the other with a washing/drying machine. All the bedrooms and the kitchen have a split for air-conditioning. We advise this great unit to young people and to lovers of the pop art.
