This luxury Rome apartment is located in the enchanting street of Via di Monserrato, 300 meters from the marvellous Piazza Navona, and 100 meters from Campo de Fiori. It is on the second floor of a very elegant eighthteenth century building that has not a lift. The living area is just amazing, with parquet floor, high wooden ceilings, elegant grey sofas and armchairs, a table for reviews, and a breathtaking library on several levels.
The wooden structure of the library is really impressive! This is for sure an apartment for book lovers! One of the sofas can turn into a sofa bed in case of need. The area is well equipped with a 42″ Flat TV, per Satellite (Sky), air conditioning, and Internet access (Wi-Fi).
A nice dining area with a wooden table and chairs is located next to the living area. After a long corridor you will see the first master bedroom which is elegantly furnished with an antique king size bed, night tables, abat-jour, runner and wardrobes. Next to it, there is a bathroom with shower. On the opposite direction, another long corridor will lead you to the second master bedroom (similar to the first master bedroom, but with a walk-in closet), the second bathroom (with bathtub), and the fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen is very well equipped with electric stove and oven, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, fridge and freezer. With two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and in case of need a double sofa bed, this lovely apartment is particularly suitable for large families, or large groups of friends. Thanks to its great location, you will be able to visit easily the wonders of the city.

travelers, usa
This would be an exceptionally good apartment for two traveling couples because the bedrooms are at opposite ends of the huge apartment, each with their own separate bathrooms, so there is plenty of privacy. But the shared spaces are also huge, and there is a quite nice dining room with a frescoed ceiling for sit-down meals. The apartment is located in an excellent zone for restaurants, both homey and elegant, and is extremely quiet, protected from street noise and neighbor noise. There are beautiful shops to browse in the area, plus a supermarket pretty much right around the corner. You can walk to a major bus stop to get to and from Termini station or the Vatican or the ancient Forum, and there is also a little shuttle bus nearby that will take you to the Villa Borghese. Plenty of closet and drawer space, comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers. A very personal ambience in the unusual and pleasing decor. Feels like staying in the longtime home of a Roman university professor.
