Ce luxueux appartement est l’endroit idéal pour vos vacances à Rome. Idéalement situé, à quelques mètres de la Place d’Espagne, il bénéficie d’un emplacement privilégié sur la Via Vittoria. Depuis la place d’Espagne, vous pourrez facilement accéder à la fontaine de Trevi et au Panthéon, en empruntant le métro ou plusieurs lignes de bus. Les amateurs de mode seront ravis de découvrir que Gucci, Prada, , Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Dior, Valentino et d’autres sont à quelques mètres de l’appartement.

Les principales caractéristiques de cet appartement à Rome sont son design moderne et son confort. L’appartement est situé au cinquième étage d’un immeuble avec ascenseur.

Cette unité a été récemment rénovée avec un style moderne: parquet noir, murs blancs, élégante “boiserie”. Sur la droite de l’entrée se trouve le salon avec un canapé en forme de “L” noir, une table basse en verre, un écran plat, un lecteur DVD, Internet, l’air conditionné ainsi que le chauffage central. Vous allez certainement tomber amoureux de la vue sur l’église de San Carlo depuis le balcon. Les grandes fenêtres de l’appartement laissent entrer la lumière du jour et l’appartement est par conséquent très lumineux. À gauche de l’entrée, vous trouverez une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une grande table et quelques chaises. La cuisine, avec une surface de travail en acier, dispose d’une cuisinière à gaz, d’un four, d’un micro-ondes, d’un lave-vaisselle, d’un réfrigérateur et d’un congélateur. Dans l’appartement, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir chez vous.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et élégantes, elles ont toutes les deux un lit king size, des tables de chevet, des abats-jour, des armoires et leur propres salles de bains en marbre. L’une des chambres donne sur la Via Vittoria, les toits et les coupoles romaines, tandis que l’autre chambre donne sur une cour intérieure. Les salles de bains ont toutes deux douches sont spacieuses et confortables. Dans l’une des deux salles de bain, vous trouverez une armoire où le lave-linge et le sèche-linge ont été camouflés.

Cet appartement de luxe est fortement recommandé et en forte demande. Les vues fabuleuses ainsi que l’emplacement fantastique rendent cet appartement unique.

«Perfect location»

After booking on-line from Australia we were very pleased to meet the representative from RomeLoft awaiting our arrival on 21/7/18 at Via Vittoria 3, Roma. Apart from the initial stairs, having the lift to the apartment was fantastic. The apartment on initial inspection was clean, tidy and beautifully furnished. Apart from the TV not working, weRead More were extremely happy with the amenities in the apartment. The balcony was fabulous for getting some fresh air and hanging clothes out. The bedrooms were well appointed with sufficient storage space as were the bathrooms (equipped with a European laundry). The showers do leak onto the bathroom floor but if you lay a towel out you can capture most of it. The kitchen and dining area had all the services you require and although I didn't cook whilst there, we did prepare food and found everything we were looking for. The shutters in the bedroom are fabulous especially when you're trying to get over your jet-lag and there was no noise from the street. The location of this apartment is perfect. Just off the corner of Via Del Corso, our street was relatively quiet with mostly locals utilising it to access their every-day lives. The street-scape is incredibly picturesque with beautiful architecture and historical buildings. There are plenty of places to eat, drink and shop including a small grocery shop 2 minutes up the street. It is within walking distance of most of the attractions of Rome including the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Pantheon and a short train trip to the Vatican and Colosseum. We could not have been happier with this apartment and would highly recommend it to any traveller. We would love the opportunity to stay again at Via Vittoria 3. Thank you RomeLoft for your great customer service, especially in having a key cut at short notice, for maintaining the apartment and for the smooth running of your operation.
