The view is breathtaking, specially during the sunset, sometimes the sky becomes completely red and violet, and you can see the medieval town of Orvieto. Once, the Villa was a beautiful church. Nowadays, it’s a country-chic farmhouse of 450 square metres with a private swimming pool, composed by a wonderful living room of 130 square metres, with an ancient fireplace in its centre and two antique stoves on both sides of the place.
Special size comfortable sofas where you can enjoy a nice book or just have some relax; a dining room and a library, with international books.The living room features a wide range of amenities, as a 42′ flat TV, DVD player, Sat TV, Hi-Fi sound system and Internet access.The wide and fully equipped kitchen, with an amazing view overlooking the wonderful Corbara lake natural reserve and green hills, features a wonderful fireplace, in its center a big table with chairs, a Westing House American fridge, an oven, and a dish-washer.
This wide space will definitely inspire you. A long and narrow corridor leads you first to the laundry and then to the four master bedrooms (three bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with two twin beds), each one with its own bathroom, and its own wardrobe. All the bedrooms are well furnished with an elegant and original taste, and have a fireplace or an antique stove. The laundry is a very useful space, with washing machine and iron table.

Outside spaces & Swimming pool:
The best is to enjoy as much as you can all the outside spaces, as the terrace, the beautiful cloister, and the swimming pool area. If you want to have a special breakfast, we recommend you to stay in the cloister where you have a wonderful view of the place. In summertime, the swimming pool will represent an appreciated and refreshing stop to the warm days.
A big well-groomed garden encloses the property, and lavanders, rosemaries and cypresses border a rectangular swimming pool, and an ancient fountain for animals. The garden is breathtaking during the spring and the summer times, as it is full of beautiful colored roses, for which the owner has a true passion.
The property also features 10 hectares of enclosed plot of land, in which seven are composed by a olive tree grove (more than 1000 secular olive trees), and three are composed by wood. In autumn, you can easily find the best mushrooms of Italy: the “Porcini”. In the months of November and December, you can assist at the olive-picking and taste the exclusive oil of olive of this private property. The place on the whole is ideal to go for a walk or for a ride, as it represents a wild corner of the Italian countryside.
