You will find this unique Rome villa in the heart of Parioli. The 350 square meters house was built in the twenties, in a liberty style. The villa is surrounded by a well-groomed, large private garden, of 300 square meters.
The building has two private entrances, but the main entrance goes through a beautiful verandah. The ground ground is composed of a spacious, sunny living room with elegant furniture. You will also find a dining room with an antique large wooden table. Moreover, you will have a studio with sunlights that allow light to flood the room. You can also make use of the large, well-equipped kitchen with a eat-in corner.
The first floor offers a charming ‘jardin d’hiver‘ as well as a beautiful terrace. It also offers three large and spacious bedrooms. You will have one master bedroom, double bedroom, and single bedroom). Each has plenty of closet space, with their own bathroom. Location: You will find the villa close to the Villa Borghese park, a pleasant green refuge from the chaotic streets in Rome. It features one of the most impressive museums of Rome (museo Borghese). In this apartment you will be staying in one of the most elegant residential area of Rome. You can find this just north of the wonderful Villa Borghese park. Here you can enjoy the shaded lawns, or hire a boat for its small lake.
Just below the Villa Borghese park you will find the Piazza del Popolo and the elegant Colonna district. This area has a wide variety of designer stores such as Prada, Bulgari and Gucci. This is also a great place to find a stylish bar, or refined restaurant. You will find both Italian and international cuisine here, but all the food is of the highest standard, and served in chic surroundings. In the same area you will find the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.
Taking the metro from Flaminio (next to the Piazza del Popolo), you can also travel to the Vatican City and Prati area. Prati has more restaurants and bars, and a wider range of facilities such as supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and post offices.
