Wonderfully located in the area of Prati, this stylish one bedroom apartment is a sure bet if you are looking to explore Rome to its fullest.

It is located on the 1st floor of an 18th century building with a lift. This apartment also offers you an extremely quiet setting to relax after a day of monument hopping.

In particular, the windows are entirely soundproof. Modern and tastefully decorated, this space has everything you need to live with today’s technologies even in the old world.

It provides guests with a flat screen SAT TV with Sky, and DVD player. In addition to this, you will have access to the WIFI internet connection.

When you first enter into the apartment, you’ll find yourself in the living room. Here there is a comfortable double sofa bed and a colourful carpet. There is also a console (with storage space) on top of which the television sits.

Adjacent to the living room, there is the master bedroom with a king size bed. This provides two night tables with night lamps, a chest with drawers and delightful artwork on the walls. This nice and sunny room also has a new AC/heating unit.

You’ll find a nice useful boudoir which has lovely spacious mirrored closets in which you can store all of your travel attire.

The modern kitchen, separated from the living room by an elegant blue glass screen, also has a new AC/heating unit. It offers everything you need to make yourself a delicious meal: an electrical stove, an oven, a fridge, an electrical kettle, a toaster, as well as all of the necessary flatware and tableware. The Location

Its strategic location enables you to visit, by foot, all of the most important sights on both sides of the Tiber river. It is also just a short stroll from one of the most beautiful squares in Rome, Piazza del Popolo.

This also means it is extremely close to both the Flaminio and Lepanto stop on the Metro A line. This can take you up to the Vatican, or down to the Spanish Steps and Termini. From Termini you can take the Metro B through to the Colosseum, and the trendy neighborhood of Monti.

Taking the metro to Spagna or Barberini, you can also access the Trevi Fountain. This is especially beautiful at night, when it is magically illuminated from above and below. Of course, the later you go the fewer people you will have to compete with to get a good photo!

The apartment lies in the beautiful district of Prati. Here, the streets are wider and less claustrophobic than in the historical center.
