Entering the building, you will find an airy dining room and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals. You will have a gas stove and an electrical oven, as well as two little fridges and a freezer at your disposal. Why not use the kitchen to cook a hearty meal, then enjoy it in the open dining area? This can be a great way to unwind in your own comforts after a long day of exploring!

Moreover, you will also have access to a dishwasher. In addition to this, you can enjoy a spacious shower room with sink on the ground floor.

Coming up to the first floor you will find yourself in a comfortable living room. Here you will find armchairs and a cozy sofa next to the fireplace. It is lovely to spend an evening here with a book and a glass of wine.

For a good night’s sleep there are two bedrooms. The first is a smaller one with two single beds, ideal for kids or a couple of friends. The second is a large master bedroom. Both are located on the second and last floors respectively.

A fully equipped bathroom is located next to the smaller bedroom.

What is more, all the sights of historical Rome are still very close. You can reach the city center in 15 minutes by car. Alternatively, you can take a picturesque ride on a bus that will bring you straight to the Vatican City!

Staying here you avoid the bustle of the historical center, whilst remaining a mere drive from most of Rome’s attractions.

You will find the medieval tower in the middle of a nature reserve. This makes it perfect for nature lovers, families with kids or couples on a romantic get-away. In addition to this, the property offers an insight into the countryside farm life. Furthermore, it comes complete with a swimming pool and beautiful gardens with olive and pine trees.

There are a quite a few parking possibilities within Rome, some of which are also free. We would recommend checking online for their opening times ahead of your trips into the city center.

One of the places you could park is on the Gianicolo Hill, just behind the characteristic Trastevere district. This is a great place to come for an evening meal out. Here you will be able to choose between traditional ‘trattorie’ and pizzerie, as well as a wide range of bars. In the evening this area is extremely popular and quickly fills up with a buzzing atmosphere.
