This 2 levels apartment sits in one of the most fascinating sixteenth century buildings. This features a beautiful inner courtyard with roman columns. An elevator leads you up to the 3rd floor. There is then one further floor to climb to reach the apartment.

When you first enter the apartment you have the impression of being inside a boat!

A long corridor decorated with portholes leads you to the master bedroom. This features with attic ceilings colorfully painted into a diamond pattern. There is a queen size bed, and in front of it, a white wooden desk with a flat screen TV. The wall wardrobes are spacious enough to store your clothes and luggage.

The bathroom, also on the same level as the bedroom, features a bathtub with a shower head.

At the end of this floor, there is a stone staircase that leads you to the lower level. Here, you have a nice and welcoming living room. This offers a white double sofa bed, a decorative fireplace and a flat screen 32″ TV. It also has a library, a square wooden table with chairs and two colorful framed posters.

The kitchen has its own private balcony with plants and an outdoor table with chairs. It comes fully equipped with a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and large fridge. This is also where you will find the washing machine.

This apartment moreover provides air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet access and central heating.

We recommend it particularly to small families, couples or groups of friends that wish to enjoy the best that the city has to offer!

The Location

This apartment is in a great location to explore some of Rome’s ancient history. It is within walking distance of the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Roman Forum.

We would also recommend heading to the Aventino Hill just behind the Colosseum. Here you will find the Giardino degli Aranci, from which you can look out over the whole of the historical center. This hill is also where the keyhole lives, through which you can see the cupola of St Peter’s Basilica in the distance.

Moreover, even closer you will find the Altare alla Patria, Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, and the Pantheon. In this area you will moreover find facilities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and post offices.

Heading just slightly to the South of this apartment, you will also find the Jewish Quarter. Here you can taste some of the most authentic Roman and Jewish-Roman cuisine. Nonna Betta is the most famous restaurant here.

The proximity of the apartment to the Piazza Venezia is also very convenient. Not only is the piazza itself beautiful, but many of Rome’s buses pass this way, making it very easy to explore further afield. For example, you can take buses to the Vatican, Trastevere and the Piazza del Popolo.
