This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is decorated in an elegant neutral tone style.
This wonderfully rustic quaint little building features an elevator, although you must walk up a few steps to the elevator.
The interior courtyard quiet apartment features a lovely wood beamed ceiling and terracotta floors.
The spacious living room has two comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and a glass coffee table. The living room also has French doors that open up upon a lovely balcony with ivy and flowers. This is thus the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
The master bedroom features a king size vintage brass bed, large dresser and offers great light due to the windows.
The second bedroom opens up on to the living room as well as the balcony. The room features a single bed and lovely blue and red textile matching curtains and a medium sized vintage wood dresser.
The one bathroom features a good size shower and a heated towel rack.
The unit also has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook up your own delicious meals. The stove is gas and the kitchen has a four seat marble top breakfast table. This is great for those days that you want to spend an evening in the comfort of your own home. Instead of going to a restaurant, you can cook up a delicious meal here and then enjoy it in the living or dining area.
This unit lies in the heart of the fashion shopping district. Here you will find the best brands and showrooms that Italy has to offer, such as Fendi, Prada and Valentino. Besides the big name brands the area also offers very cool smaller independent labels.
Many Romans say that the “Caffé Greco” located steps from the apartment offers the best espresso in Rome. This is also the area to find an afternoon tea or an elegant cocktail come evening.
Additionally located nearby, you can browse many art galleries and antique shops on the beautiful Via Margutta. This is the road on which Picasso kept his studio!
What is more, the Spanish Steps lie on the Metro A line. This will take you to the Vatican City in one direction, and the central station, Termini, in the other. Changing at the latter you can take the Metro B down to the Colosseum.
Just behind this you will moreover find the Aventine Hill. Heading up here you will find the beautiful Giardino degli Aranci with its shaded benches and sweeping view over the historical center.
Of course, the best way to explore Rome is, however, on foot. Within easy walking distance of this apartment you will find many attractions. For example, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza del Popolo, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and Piazza Navona.
