Ático con terraza acogedora en Plaza de España

O apartamento é bastante espaçoso e corresponde exactamente ao anunciado. A localização é imbatível. Está bastante bem equipado e com vários serviços em torno. Alguns aspectos, nomeadamente o wc do 2º piso, poderiam ser melhorados.

The apartment was in a great location, very spacious . The kitchen was a little under equipped. The bathroom on the ground floor was a little dangerous as the shower sprayed onto the floor and made the tiles slippery and the water pressure was not too good. Overall though the apartment was good.

Great location between Spnish steps and Trevi fountain, nearly all other important sights in walking distance of 20 minutes or bus stops nereby. If you are not afraid to climb 50 steps (no elevator). Very clean and tidy apartment. Clean sheets and towels Great location. Lovely roof terrace. Just a couple of things let it down were the stained headboard in the main bedroom and the stain in the bath. I would definately book this apartment again though and would book through rome loft again. Rome loft were very helpful throughout. 5 stars.

This is a quirky old apartment in an absolutely fabuluous location. Don't let the many steps put you off as it is well worth the climb. It is furnished to a high standard and while not new has the feeling that you are borrowing it off an old friend rather than renting from an agency.

The flat was a fantastic oasis, very close to all the central sites but in a quiet location. The roof terrace facing the street was a lovely place to relax and the supermarket opposite was extremely convenient for self catering. I have marked only 3 for cleanliness as the bathroom on the top floor left a lot to be desired. Soap and scum in bidet, with no signs of having been cleaned at all. Toilet needs to be thoroughly sanitised, dark brown stains in pan and under the rim, all chrome work (taps, shower head etc) desperately needs polishing and shower head needs descaling....Read More Could do with a mirror in bedroom.

We spent a fantastic week in Rome and enjoyed the apartment that we found very comfortable, good located and clean. To be replaced: Only the parasol of the terrace that was broken and the crystal of one of the windows that was cracked.. We will recommend it to our friends.

The apartment is very well located to tourist sites, restaurants , shops. It was very clean and the two terraces were a real bonus to escape the busy city. Our arrival was very easy, Rome lofts organised a very reasonably priced taxi and our representative was waiting at the apartment for us. We had a great stay. We were a family with one teenager. The apartment was excellent for our needs with two bathrooms, well fitted and in a fantastic location. We counted 70 steps which were hard work after a days sight seeing but that is reflected in the price. The kitchen was functional however a few better condition pans would have been helpful, particularly a la...Read Morerger frying pan. It would be nice to have some wine glasses as well. We recommend taking some dishwasher tablets as there are none provided. There is a really good sized Spar supermarket right opposite which means you can easily buy supplies. We ate in a couple of times before going out later, worked well. There are two nice bars either side of the front door. Most sights are walkable from here, the Vatican the furthest at around 40 mins, most much closer. Overall a great apartment in a great location, thanks.
