Truffle hunting in northern Italy has evolved into a respected sport. Novice hunters are lead by a personal trifolau, a professional truffle hunter, through Italy’s countryside in search of this rich delicacy. After the hunt, guests will enjoy fresh meals crafted around black and white truffles and select wines suited to the menu.
