This high-end apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an elegant building (without a lift) on Via della Chiesa Nuova.
The living room is stately and homey at the same time: an antique stone fireplace is the main feature of the living room. Comfortable sofas, armchairs, a wooden table with chairs, a library and curtains… everything is there to make you feel at home!
High windows, wooden ceilings, decorated doors, and a beautiful “cotto” floor are some of the details that will surely catch your attention.
The kitchen has a countryside feel to it, thanks to several original copper pots and tiles on the walls. It provides a gas stove, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, and a washing machine. There is a great little table where you can sit and grab a quick bite after returning from a long day.
From the living room, you can also access the studio, with a well stocked library and 22″ flat screen TV. After eating in the charming dining space, you can come here to unwind and put your tired feet up for the rest of the evening.
It is through here that you get to the bathroom, which has a bathtub and shower head. A staircase leads you to the upper level where there is a master bedroom with a king size bed.
From the living room another stair leads you to the second bedroom (also located on the upper level) with a queen size bed, and its en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This classy apartment is recommended to adults who enjoy beauty and style.
This apartment lies within easy walking distance of the Campo de’ Fiori, Governo Vecchio and Piazza Navona. This is a busy and happening area. In the mornings, you can visit the Campo de’ Fiori market. This will provide you with fresh produce for some delicious home-cooked meals.
You can then go and explore Rome. This is easy to do on foot, given that you are so centrally located. Upon returning to the area in the evenings, you will find a buzzing atmosphere. There are many great restaurants and bars here which will serve up some fantastic Roman and Italian cuisine.
For something slightly different, you can easily cross the river into the Trastevere neigborhood. This is very popular with locals and tourists alike. This is the perfect place to find an aperitivo at one of its many bars, or simply soak up a Roman atmosphere in one of its piazzas.
This apartment is also within walking distance of the Vatican. We do suggest, however, that you set off with plenty of extra time when visiting the basilica or the museums. This is to account for the queues, which can at times be extremely long.
Alternatively, the Corso Vittorio Emanuele is also nearby, and has many bus lines run up and down, that can take you to any more far-away locations.
