Every Romeloft guest is encouraged to leave his own feedback after his stay.

Should I stay in an apartment or in a hotel while in Rome?” Travelers often are undecided between booking an apartment or a hotel room. After experiencing our service, they understand that apartments can definitely provide a better quality/price ratio.

More space, more privacy, lower price are the main reasons why you should go for an apartment. And also better location: Romeloft’s apartments are located in the heart of the city center, where there are very few hotels. This is especially true in the area of Trastevere, the most typical district of the old Rome neighbourhoods.

Our service aims at delivering the best possible experience while in Rome. Enjoy it!
How to post your feedback: Three days after checkout a special link that is  emailed to you granting access to the feedback form for your booking.

We had a wonderful stay in the Navona Terrace apartment. It was in a great location, just moments from Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona, and definitely walking distance (20-30 minutes) to Trastevere, Vatican and Spanish Steps. For those uncomfortable with stairs, it is not ideal, as one must climb 4-5 short flights to get to the apartment, but it didn\'t bother us. The apartment is tastefully and simply decorated and is very comfortable, with a charming terrace. We are a family of five and had plenty of space. The square below is lush and has a couple of nice trattorias and a pizza café, which we enjoyed. We were not aware of any noise from the restaurants at night. RomeLoft provided welcome support through a transfer from the airport, help with a lost key, and we also booked our tours with them, which were fantastic!

The apartment met expectations for size, location and most amenities. However, while you could connect to the wifi it was so slow as to be essentially useless. This is not acceptable and needs to be addressed.

    - the photograph is misleading and descrption apartment is misleading - the balcony with no vew witn dead plants - there is no bedroom upstair but a mattress laying on concrete immediatly under the roof, feet touching the ceiling - unsuitable air conditioning and inneficace has the floor - spots on sofa - the bathroom : sliding door is broken, the stopcock of the dry towel is broken - in the kitchen no coffee machine, no electric kettle

My two suggestions for you and the owner: 1) The bed is too small. My feet hung well off the end and I\'m only 6\'0\". It could use a thicker mattress as well. Perhaps a box-spring. 2) Loved the bath tub, but the hot water capacity was so small that it was rendered useless - who wants to take a cold bath?. The two shower heads were a nice touch, but the water pressure was too low to be able to use them simultaneously.

Loved the apartment in every way. If there was room for improvement the only things we can mention are : infrequent hot water and only warm; and the dishwasher was not operating. Neither of these things really mattered though.

My sister and I stayed in your loft to celebrate her birthday for the weekend. It was fantastic! The terrace was a highlight and the views were even better than what you can see on line. Having wine & cheese on the terrace watching the sunset was a 3 hour event everyday before heading out to dinner. Memories we will cherish. My only note on how to improve the rental: - the kitchen sink easily got stopped up with water. Nissar who met us with the keys was such a lovely welcoming host. After showing us around the loft, he immediately set up our car pick up for the return to the airport, which was a huge gift, since we had very early pick ups at 4:30am and 7:00am that Monday. We could truly enjoy our weekend not worrying about HOW we would find a cab so early. \"Hani\" (spelling?) our driver for the pick up was lovely, professional and accommodating. The entire experience was beautiful, and we will highly recommend your loft and company to friends who are traveling to Rome. Thank you! Libby

We are very happy to have rented Gea´s apartment. She is so nice and helpfull and so easy to deal with. The place is beautifully furnished, one feels at home. The location is really excelent! It´s the best part of Rome for me. The supermarket was only meters away and you had the fresh market in Campo di Fiori and plenty of places to eat or have a coffee. The only problem are the steps to arrive to the last floor, they are long and steep. I would´t recomend it to older people.

Mrs. Mary stayed at Navona elegant apartment Up to 4 people
We loved our week long stay in this beautiful, spacious apartment. It is very comfortable, sumptuously decorated and looks exactly as it does in the photos on the romeloft website. The location is perfect - just far enough away from the really touristy area around the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, but crammed with great bars and restaurants nearby that are frequented by locals. Romeloft organised a driver to meet us at the airport - he was on time and all the check in arrangements with Nissar worked smoothly too. We had a problem with the hot water on the first day and Nissar was very prompt in getting it fixed - a plumber arrived in less than an hour and fixed the problem quickly. The building has a small elevator, which was great. Wifi is patchy in the apartment, partly due to it being so large, however it was always fast and reliable when sitting in the lounge with the green silk sofa. Two drawbacks of this apartment are that it has no microwave and no showers. The two bathrooms only have a bath with a hand held shower head - this is inconvenient and could be easily upgraded. But overall, the positives of the apartment greatly outweighed those minor drawbacks.

Up just one flight of stairs and only a few steps from Campo dei Fiori , my favourite part of Rome. Apt is large, spacious and generally has most things that you would need. Kitchen need a couple of sets of tongs ( trivial thing) because it\'s so close to everything it can be a bit noisy at times, especially nights, but not excessive . As I say \'if you want to be near the train station you will hear the trains\' It\'s the second time I\'ve booked with Rome Lofts and would be happy to do it again.

Mr. Richard stayed at Navona terrace apartment Up to 5 people
Our group consisted of three adult males (dad (87 years old) and two sons). This apartment is a perfect Rome apartment. Plenty of room and was very comfortable, clean and secure. It is situated off a Piazza that has plenty of large green trees shading it which is like an oasis in a desert when it comes to Rome. It was great to be able to look out of the window and down onto the trees below. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size and functional - The main bedroom was exceptional. The kitchen has everything you need but not much bench space. We ate at local restaurants for almost every meal except breakfast so the kitchen size wasn\'t a massive issue. We ate breakfast out on the large terrace and watched the Swallows fly around. There are a few stairs (about 50) to get up and into the apartment and there is no lift so if you struggle with stairs then give that some thought. We were a bit worried about the stairs as we went up them for the first time but once you get to the apartment you forget about them. It is close to lots of the major sights and there are plenty of great cafes/restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets, chemists/pharmacies and the local market in Campo Dei Fiori to get fresh fruit and vegetables. The Wi - fi worked really well. This was important as we had a business to run back in Australia. We even managed to watch a few Australian Rules football matches via the internet and the quality was great. The communication by the staff was exceptional. They were always friendly, helpful and responded quickly to emails. The only downside to the apartment is that some of the doorway heights are low so you just have to watch your head. This was the ONLY issue we had with the place but you learn quickly enough to bend down a little. I would happily stay at this apartment again. The bed configuration was a queen size bed in the main bedroom and two singles in another room. There is another single on a mezzanine level but we didn\'t need to access/use that.

The apartment was perfect for families, everything worked and you could not ask for a better location. We had a lovely time and RomeLoft booking process was very easy. However we booked an airport transfer through RomeLoft. The driver only came after several phone calls and he did not drop us off at the apartment but in another piazza. We had to call again to find the apartment. As a result of all these delays we had to pay a late check in fee.

The loft was exactly as advertised! Beautiful experience for our family with grown children. Close to great restaurants and the shopping was reasonably priced-so much to do in the area. There was easy access to transportation- be prepared to walk -lots! The stairs for the loft are steep-but it was expected and worth the beautiful loft! Lorenzo was very helpful.

Thank you for this wonderfully located and beautifully scenic apartment! Just a couple of things that may need fixing: * are the drains in the bathroom functioning properly -- perhaps they need to be cleaned out? When the sink was running water, a gurgling sound would come from the shower. When we entered the room there was the faint smell of drains. Perhaps this could be mitigated if the skylight were easily accessible (e.g. people can open it with a hooked stick)? * a few of the lights were difficult to turn on or perhaps needed the bulbs to be changed, e.g. outside on the terrace. And a few suggestions, which you are of course perfectly free to ignore! * maybe a visitor book in the actual property would give the place a \"home-like\" feel, as guests can see the positive experiences enjoyed by others? * I have visited Trastevere and Piazza Trilussa many times before, so I knew what to expect. As long as people know there is always a party outside the bedroom, then that will be fine! * Apropos: is it possible to change the living room and bedroom around? If the bed was in the space near the terrace, then the noise from Piazza Trilussa and Lungotevere would be mitigated. (Just an idea.) * In my humble opinion the bookshelves where guests \"take a book, leave a book\" usually turn into terrible libraries full of strange languages, because the most commonly spoke languages and the best books are always taken first. (As a New Zealander, it was hilarious to see so many books by Ngaio Marsh in French!) I wondered: would it be worth investing in slightly higher-quality books, perhaps for the shelves as you go up the stairs in the entrance corridor, which would enhance the experience for guests? I\'m thinking of a small book of poetry about Rome (e.g. Keats or Shelley), or a coffee table book with drawings of the city (e.g. by Piranesi or Lanciani), or a second-hand catalogue from a recent exhibition (e.g. the Palazzo Altemps, Mercati di Traiano etc.) -- with the understanding (and perhaps even a sign) saying that these books were part of the apartment and please don\'t take them away!? * perhaps the various rubbish bins in the kitchen could be labelled according to type of waste (cartolina, vetro, rifiuti misti etc.) so that there is the option to recycle glass, plastic, and paper? Thanks again to Lorenzo, Nissar, Azel, Nicola and company -- and apologies if I spell your names incorrectly -- it was wonderful having such attentive and responsive hosts helping us with anything we needed at very short notice, because of course circumstances are always subject to change when travelling in Italy! All the best, -- joe and shafinaz

The location is excellent for exploring Rome. The street it\'s in has many restaurants if good quality and value there is noise but that adds to the atmosphere. The air conditioning is not very effective but the beds are comfortable the outdoor area is nice. We had a lovely time. Bus H which takes you to Termini is a short 7 min walk away with a smooth pavement for wheeling suitcases. Cost €1,50 - S.I.T bus to airport is €9 return. If you use a taxi make sure they use the meter - don\'t get in until this has been agreed upon. Taxi to apartment was €20 with four adults and four cases. Hope this helps, I would definitely use this company again.

I visited Rome with a friend for a short break and Romeloft - from the pick-up at the airport, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the delightful rooftop apartment, to the drive back to the airport - just made it the perfect trip! Nisar met us at the apartment and carried our heavy bag right to the top of the building - for which we are very sorry. But he was just lovely and so helpful. Thank you Nisar! The apartment is located right in the midst of busy Trastevere - so teaming with life, but you\'d never know it when you are up in the loft - it was peaceful and had fabulous views across Rome from the two-tiered terrace. We loved the décor, the layout and the quirkiness of the apartment; it is full of character and we\'d definitely stay there again. We had just the best time. Thank you Romloft.

We were met at the apartment by Matteo who showed us around and gave us a very needed glass of water each. (The day we arrived coincided with a rail strike so the metro was not operating and we had to walk from the terminus). He then showed us a map of Rome with recommended places of interest marked on it. This is left on the table for visitors to refer to during their stay. He gave us recomnendations of where to eat the best spaghetti, where to get the best tiramisu and ice cream and who served the best coffee. We found these to be very useful, all the places he told us about turned out to be excellent. The apartment had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. The large spacious lounge has a queen sized bed and a long sofa. It is very comfortable and airy. There are two large windows that open onto the interesting street and although this can be noisy, the noise is almost completely shut out when the windows are closed. There is air conditioning. There is a kitchen and a bathroom and a hallway with a huge wardrobe to store clothes, cases, shoes etc. It is a short walk from the metro stop Barberini, situated between the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. There are a lot of leather handbag shops near by so prepare to be tempted. Up towards the spanish steps there are some designer shops like Gucci where you can window shop at night and laugh at the exorbitant prices! There are many pasta restaurants close by and if you want to self cater there is a supermarket in the road opposite. Matteo kept in touch by text and on Sunday morning he told us about a local flea market and how to get there by bus. We did go and found it to be huge, selling everything you could think of, very reasonably. We found the whole experience of staying in this Rome Loft a pleasure. We would love to return to Rome and we would definitely try to stay in this apartment again. Well done to Rome Lofts and especially to Matteo who was so polite and helpful throughout our stay.

Apartment was in a great location and within a 30 second walk to the Trevi Fountain. We had 8 people stay - would have been perfect for 6. Just a bit small for the 8 of us. When we arrived, there had been a water leak so there were builders and plumbers and dust everywhere. However, the Romeloft representative dealt with it very quickly so we were able to still enjoy our stay at the apartment. Would recommend to others.

The apartment was in a great location; kitchen was well supplied; directions re: garbage, wifi, etc were good. The large bed was comfortable. However the bed mattress in the loft needs replacement - the springs in it were uncomfortable. Lots of closet space. The shower curtain was a challenge as water spilled onto the bathroom floor. The restaurant downstairs was a bit noisy in the evening, but not enough to bother when sleeping. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Excellent Choice for our first time in Rome. The apartment was more than spacious for our needs and also central in order to explore Rome\'s attractions by foot. It fits perfectly for large groups of friends or families as it has 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but also a large living/dining room. Its located just 2 minutes walking distance from Pantheon and 5 minutes from Piazza Navona. We were allowed a late checkout free of charge and we\'ll definitely book the same place on our next visit.

Our return visit to this Quirky little apartment, which we love- especially for the location and rooftop terrace. disappointed that there was just one broken sun lounger-I had to get all the garden seat cushions out myself and clean them off. think you need proper loungers to make the most of that amazing terrace. Also there were no dessert spoons!, only 2 tea spoons. Otherwise it\'s perfect.

The place was located in a superb area. Given its closeness to Trevi one would expect some noise at night but that was fine. The place needs some work in the bathrooms as we only had hot water in one of the 3 bathrooms. It is also advisable to have batteries in all A/C units. Other than that it was a good value for money rental.

The terraces offer stunning views over the clay roof tops of the centre of Rome. The Farnese Penthouse has an excellent location with an excellent view from the terrace. Wi-Fi worked very well. When we called about a problem with the front door lock (locking mechanism jammed and key was stuck in door) a person was there within 15 minutes to work on a solution. It is unfortunate that due to low water pressure the use of the upstairs bathroom is limited. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The location of the loft is fantastic and staff was very helpful. The space is also great, with plenty of room for two couples. However, the bathrooms and some parts of the common areas were not very clean and the one closet available in the bedroom to hang clothes had pillows and a blanket stuffed in it. Also, there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (we were aware no toiletries would be provided but extra toilet paper should be included). Other guests had clearly enjoyed their time in the loft and their holiday in Rome - this was evident in their comments in the visitors\' book. We were more than happy to add our own words of appreciation. The steps were a little daunting at first but we were getting used to them by the end of our stay - and the exercise was good for us. Everything was excellent; the balcony was most enjoyable at breakfast time and in the evening. There was quite a lot of noise from the street during the night but it was a nuisance rather than a problem. The toaster remained a mystery to both of us. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The city is a wonder: we were able to walk everywhere, with much pleasure. We had such a great time that we were sorry to leave. Thank you.

I loved the loft because of the wonderful location close to all special places I love in Rome, walking distance. I also loved the size of the place, as in the old town, even luxury hotels have annoyingly small rooms, so this was a great open space where my wife, 4-year old twin boys and I had a lot of space. We would definitely come back.

Check-in was delayed due to the busy Easter Holiday and we couldn\'t find the plates since they weren\'t stored in the dining room. The apartment was dark but beautifully appointed and I loved being so close to Piazza Navona, we spent evenings hanging out there. We were next to restaurants where locals dined and could shop in a small but well stocked market. It is also spacious for the price and it was lovely to come home to after walking around Rome all day long. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking for the family and helped keep our costs down. My American family was not used to showering while seated in the tub but the water was hot in the primary bathroom but it never made it to the second in the master. We did dine out every night and ate at either Il Fico or Antica Taverna, which was wonderful especially because the owners and employees were so wonderful. We got to enjoy great conversations with locals and travelers, we just loved our time there and would recommend the apartment if you are looking for a local experience.

The apartment itself was wonderful. It was cozy and the perfect temperature, with strategically placed windows that brought in a nice breeze and the lovely sound of birds chirping. Although it\'s a bit exhausting to climb up four flights of stairs to get to the attic, it pays off! We didn\'t hear the sounds of the busy street at night, and we had enough privacy to feel comfortable and secure. The bed, couch, and bathtub were all very comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The washing machine was also very useful! Additionally, the location was great. It was a few blocks away from the Pantheon, and walkable distance from sites such as the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia, and even the Vatican! It was also close to many delicious restaurants and bars that were open late at night. My only critique would be that the host was late (I\'m not sure what his name was; Lorenzo contacted Nissar, who then sent someone else to check us in). We asked if we could please be checked in as promptly as possible (1pm) since we had a tour of the Vatican at 2pm. Lorenzo told us that he would make sure we were checked in early and efficiently. Unfortunately, the host arrived late and therefore we arrived late to our tour. Other than that small mishap, our stay in this apartment was wonderful! Lorenzo even sent us a car at 4am so we could make it to the airport on time for our 6am flight. We really appreciated that, as we know how difficult it is to get taxis/Ubers at that time. In conclusion, the apartment was comfortable, bright, and in a great location. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

The overall experience was excellent. A fantastic property with comfy beds, a charming feel and stunning views. Room for improvement regarding: - check in: despite having kids and being downstairs since 1pm the host only arrived at 2.10pm and clraners hadnt finished their work until 2.45pm. - cleanliness: despite the delay due to cleaning the hoise wasnt particularly clean with dust settled in most places around the house (particularly in kitchen area).

Rome lofts were a great company to deal with and everything ran very smoothly from the transfer at the airport to the meeting at the apartment with the keys. We were able to leave our bags in the apartment on arrival before the cleaning had finished which was very helpful and the apartment was cleaned very well. We had a very pleasant stay in Rome. The apartment was in a great location. Two things I would mention though for other clients - it would be good if there had been a shower curtain in the shower as when using the shower water did obviously go all over the floor nearby and also the sofa bed had probably seen better days as it was slightly broken so dipped a bit at the top. We young son used the sofa bed. All in all though a very enjoyable stay in a lovely part of town in a very comfortable apartment. thank you

Navona terrace apartment is a great place to stay, perfectly located near to all the main sights of Rome. Everything about our experience with Rome Lofts was positive, from booking, airport transfers, staff greeting on arrival and of course the apartment itself. It is in a great location with everything on the doorstep, full of character, history and it was perfect for us with our two children. Beats staying in a hotel hands down - live like a local and give it a try.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. The location ideal for tourists to be able to site see and experience local life and facilities. During our 6 day visit, we were able to visit attractions all over the city, enjoy restaurants locally, buy good food from markets to cater for ourselves, use the transport network easily all from a central position. The owner was helpful and obliging. I would have no reservation in booking this accomodation on my next visit to Rome.

Mr. Jeremy stayed at Trastevere large apartment with terrace Up to 8+1 people
This is a fantastic, charming apartment in a perfect location in Trastevere. The flat is on the top floor, so you have views across the rooftops, and are not bothered by noise from the streets. It is very spacious - bigger than it looks in the pictures, and very comfortable, with good beds and linens. We were worried the main living room would be a bit dark, and it is a bit dark (lit mainly by a roof light) but unless you plan to be inside all day, don\'t let that put you off: it\'s soothing in the heat, and cosy in the cold (we visited in early April, and had a bit of both). And other rooms in the flat are bright, eg the kitchen, and both the main bedrooms (the grey one is nicer than it looks in the picture, though I am not sure I would have used that colour). We were also worried the apartment might be a bit musty. It is not at all musty - it is spotlessly clean, and modern at the same time as traditional, with stylish, well designed bath/shower rooms, a very well equipped kitchen, and flatscreen TVs in most rooms, along with the beautiful old tiled floors and beamed ceilings. It has been decorated with love and care, and has real character, but you do not feel you are living on top of the owner (there are books in the shelves, but all the drawers and cupboards are empty: no one lives here). The terrace is delightful, lots of flowers and a fine view, and we were glad to have it, even in April. Later in the year, i think you would find it essential. We would definitely stay here again. RomeLoft were very helpful, and gave excellent and honest advice.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable - as a family of 4 with two older teenagers it was good to have the 3 separate bedrooms. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The bathrooms could use a bit of updating but that\'s a very minor negative. The location is fantastic, we walked everywhere. We were so glad we\'d booked the airport transfers with you, Nino was prompt to pick us up in both directions and as we were on only a short trip it was lovely to have a hassle-free and comfortable journey to and from the airport. Nithar was on his own because of colleague sickness when we arrived on Saturday so we had a short wait and a bit of confusion before getting into the apartment, but we were really happy once we were in. Very many thanks to RomeLoft - it was our first trip to Rome and we booked with you because of a friend\'s recommendation - we\'re so pleased we did. We\'ll be sure to recommend you to others!

We traveled with two families for a total of eight people. The apartment had plenty of room for us all to have our space. We loved the central location. We had a perfect market right outside our door. We got to know the people within the restaurants and bars. Loved Leo and Paulina at one of the bars at the market. Also, enjoyed the flea market with fresh goods and products every morning right outside our door. Lorenzo was amazing and very helpful for getting us to the apartment and making our stay amazing. 20-25 minute walk to all the major attractions. We could not have found a better place to stay!

The apartment, whilst quite difficult to locate originally, is in a superb location very close to both the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. For being so central, within the apartment on on the balconies, it is very quiet with no street noise whatsoever (the apartment overlooks the back-courtyard areas). There were four of us in Rome for a long weekend and the apartment was perfect - much larger than it looks on the photographs. We would definitely consider booking again for our next visit.

Our fifth stay in Rome with young children (under 5). Valadier is in a perfect central location but is also quiet in the evenings. There is a bakery opposite the entrance for an early morning breakfast run and a supermarket around the corner. Several good restaurants in the local streets with outside tables make eating out easy with children. Lastly, many popular local sights are easily walkable with young children and a pushchair.

We had a fantastic 4 night break here. The location is perfect, and the apartment is a lovely retreat after a day of walking and sight seeing. It had everything we needed, including wifi, corkscrew and coffee maker. Just to mention though, the showers - they were ok - but very small and the sprayed in all directions.Everything else was great, thanks for a lovely stay.

Mrs. Maria stayed at Trastevere charming penthouse Up to 6 people
The apartment was everything we dreamed it would be. It had three beautiful, spotlessly clean bathrooms, three beautiful bedrooms and a spacious living room and kitchen. It was well equipped and bright. The highlight though was definitely the fantastic roof terrace where we ate our breakfast in the sunshine every morning. The location was fantastic - on a quiet backstreet but close to everything. The only thing that would have improved it would have been a dvd player. We have 3 children 8,10 and 12 and they enjoy watching a dvd in the evenings after dinner - so we used our laptop, while the fantastic large screen tv was in the living room but was no use to us as it only had Italian tv and no dvd facility. For most people this wouldn\'t be an issue - but we find, everywhere we go, the same thing. Great big tvs which only have local tv stations and no dvd facility. But this was only a small thing which could easily be remedied. Everything else in the flat was faultless!!!! We loved it! A bit of feedback for Rome Loft staff though - there was a 3 day cab strike when we were in Rome (which we didn\'t know about) and when I rang up to book a cab with Rome Lofts to take us to the Airport on our final day, I was told it was too late to book a taxi with Rome Lofts but that I could ring a local cab company 15 minutes before I wanted to travel and I would be fine. This was an appalling piece of advice. We tried to book a taxi two hours before we needed to leave and it was at this point we found out there were no cabs. We then had to take 3 trams and a train during rush hour - with 3 children and luggage - it was stressful but we made it in the end. Rome Lofts staff, if they had informed us in the morning when we spoke to them to book a cab could have told us about the strike and we would allowed far more time to get to the airport and it would have been a lot less stressful. Information is everything!

Great appartment adjacent to two restaurants with evening noise from people enjoying life. Perfect location for historic Rome. Lovely decorated. Perfect bar-area on first floor which is suitable for children. My children enjoyed the big bathtop, quality travertin tiles. We recommend this apartment for families as the room layout was very suitable for our family with three bigger children and two adults.

Excellent location in easy walking distance of all major historic attractions including colesseum, forum, palatine hill, pantheon, \'wedding cake\', vatican, and of course spanish steps and trevi fountain only minutes away. Super coffee shop across the street for breakfast and no shortage of excellent restaurants nearby. Main shopping area via del corsa also nearby. Apartment is on 5th floor of very old building with elegant hallway and marble staircase, and lift! It is spacious and has character, nice little balcony and modern bathroom and shower room. Slight issue with smelly drain in shower room but i guess this is not uncommon in Rome. Very comfortable for 4 people, sofabed for 5th not so comfortable. We did no cooking at all so i can make no comment re kitchen. Overall we had an excellent stay and would come back again.

We have stayed in this apartment every time we come to the rugby (Wales v Italy) - every 2 years. We love the location and it\'s ideal for 2 couples. My only criticism is that the bathrooms (especially the shower) is small and the floor gets very wet as it has a shower curtain instead of a screen. I sent an email to say that the electric gates are not locking when they close. I would recommend staying here and hope no one books it before us in 2 years time!! Thanks

We were a family of seven adults sharing this lovely apartment. The apartment was beautifully decorated for Christmas, with a nice gift bag. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in, with a nice assortment of dishes, glasses, pot and pans. It was also nice to have both a washer and dryer, which we never see in Italy. All of the beds were comfortable. We highly recommend this apartment. We would stay here again. The only reason I gave staff a 4 is because, the guy who showed us the apartment, did not do a through job, and we needed to have someone come back and help explain a couple of things to us. He was in a hurry to leave.

What a wonderful property - a 3 minute walk to Trevi Fountain, supermarket on ground level of building, would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a holiday stay in Rome. We travelled with a 14 and 12 year old, and the place was big enough for all of us, wi fi worked, and everyone was happy. Lovely and secure, quiet, well heated (we were there in winter), and even laundry detergent provided! Thanks for a great stay.

We recently enjoyed a stay at the beautiful Farnese apartment for 5 days after Christmas, leaving just after New Year. We are a family with two children, age 12 and 15 and chose an apartment with Rome Loft rather than a hotel, so we could have space to relax and get ourselves refreshments, when not exploring the sites of this beautiful city. The apartment has a great modern kitchen, and although we only used it for getting breakfast, it has facilities to cook full dinners. The dining room has plenty of room for a family to sit and enjoy a meal and adjoining the dining room is a large and very comfortable living room. The apartment benefits from two large double bedrooms with two accompanying bathrooms, both with showers. There was plenty of hot water for all of us and the apartment was also incredibley warm. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a beautiful old convent and has many stunning original features. It has a lift for access and felt very safe and secure. It is in a great location just a minute away from the river and a convenience store where we bought all our essentials. We also organised our transfers to and from the airport via Romeloft and these were incredibly efficient.

The atmosphere in Campo di Fiori cosy apartment is lovely. Situated in a great quarter of Rome, just off Campo di Fiori, and you can walk to just about any place in the centre. There\'s enough room for a family of five (with tall teenagers) except for the bed in the second bedroom; this is definitely too small for two teenage sisters with only 1.20m width and a single size duvet. Also, on the sofa bed, a duvet instead of an improvised duvet cover with a blanket filling would have been appreciated. But for the rest we thought cosy apartment SUPER and we would certainly return on a next visit. The four flours climb was no issue for us, but more than worth it!

Everywhere was clean, beds were comfortable, nice furnishing. Heating exactly the right temperature. Lots of plates! It would be helpful to have the following: more cups (only 2 coffee cups were there), some serving bowls, cheese grater, corkscrew. It would be helpful to know the name of the apartment on the bell outside. There were names, not numbers, next to the bells. On arrival my sister, who was already in the flat, had a problem with her phone, so my husband and I could not phone or text her to tell her we had arrived. I phoned Asel who told me it was flat 8 on the 3rd floor. When we eventually got inside the building (this took sometime), there were no numbers on the doors, and in fact the apartment was on the second floor. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

The location is almost perfect. Walkable to the station, the forum and the coliseum. Plenty of restaurants nearby, a supermarket, wine bars and bakeries. A large, well-decorated living room and kitchen/dining room. The heating and hot water failed on the first morning but I called and it was fixed within 40 minutes. To be a bit critical, the two bedrooms are a little small as was the bathroom, which needs a bit of updating. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This very well designed apartment was perfect for our Rome vacation. The layout was well done with the two bedrooms were separated by the dining room. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms well designed. It was the best cleaned apartment that I have stayed in. The heat was a comfortable temperature and adjustable. Internet was fast. The laundry room equipment worked well and was quiet. We were met promptly at the appointed time and given a good tour of the apartment. It is well located on a street with a small market and many restaurants. We choose to use the driver Honey for pickup and departure; I highly recommend this service. We did some cooking and the kitchen has enough dishes and cooking implements to make breakfast and snacks; this is what we did. We would plan on staying at least a week in Rome and staying here. Romelofts was very easy to deal with in booking and payments.

Sabilla Baccin was wonderful, responsive, informative and deserves so much credit for her management responsibilities. This was my first rental arrangement and our last stay on an 8-city 6-week vacation in Italy. By the time we arrived here, we had plenty of experience of renting in historical locations and exposure to amenities and facility comforts. Michael took us up to the loft apartment. Unfortunately, his English was limited and he was in a real hurry. We rented a 2-bedroom loft - that is not what we had. Only little kids would be able to access the \"2nd\" bedroom it was a mattress stuck under the ceiling, with a stairway that could not be used because the fold out bottom section was not there. The management team has nothing to do with the way the owners furnish or describe the loft, I wrote Sabilla about this so it is no surprise to her. There was no place for our suitcases, so we left them in the living room. The shower had no place to put our soap or shower supplies. As you enter the bathroom, heading to the shower, there is a step down that unless you are warned, you will almost fall - we both caught ourselves and got used to looking for it. The stools at the kitchen bar had wood seats (one was split in half) and were so uncomfortable, we stood all of the time - and that includes me working on my computer. So, in the end, you can make do regardless because this is ALL ABOUT LOCATION! IT WAS PERFECT! We are glad that we stayed here and only hope that the owners will do more to accommodate their renters\' comfort. I\'d come back here, but hope that there would be better window coverings to provide privacy and block the sun in the mornings. Thanks Sibilla, you were wonderful.

The location is most charming and the terrace is absolutely wonderful. the flat is cosy and with very fine artistic paintings, interesting books and nice objects. The kitchen facilities are somewhat simple and with little room for preparing the meals. The chairs at the dining table are absolutely not comfortable. The bathroom is small but rather charming and well functioning, but unfortunately rather often with a not very pleasant smell of sewer. The other small problems we encountered/experienced were corrected very quickly and effectively by the representatives of RomeLoft. The agency deserves great praise for ther handling of the entire process. Thank you for that. Despite the points of criticism, we did really enjoy our stay.

To be honest, the bathrooms could be upgraded. And the kitchen. A kettle with a broken lid is not acceptable! And it would have been nice if dishwasher tablets had been provided. (There was just one - which is a bit mean!) Also, the sitting room would benefit from another lamp in the winter months. The staff at RomeLoft were excellent. Extremely helpful and responded quickly to emails. And we really appreciated the organisation of cars to collect us from the airport and the late check out. Thank you.

Because we were a group of 4 couples we had taken 4 apartments and it had been agreed that in the largest one 8 people could sit around a table for lunch or dinner. This had not been prepared beforehand as agreed and was thankfully adjusted by the 2 gentlemen who gave us the keys. The big apartment is for 8 people. Such a group would be confronted with the same problem. After this little confusion everything went well and we could enjoy the week in Rome with our friends like planned. This comment is valid also for the rest of the group.

My adult daughter (who lives overseas) met me in Rome for a 10-day vacation, and Romeloft had been recommended by a friend. So I was happy to find this 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment. It turned out to be even better than expected. The location was quiet, even though it was walking distance to the Trevi Fountain (and many other sites). The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bed in the master was very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and functioned well. And there was a good washing machine and a dryer. Also, there was a beautiful little terrace. In the basement of the building was a full grocery store, which was handy for picking up breakfast food and wine. Across the street we found a little bar and cafe, and many, many other good places to eat and shop were easily within walking distance. We also used the Romeloft car service to and from the airport, and that was very reliable and saved us lots of trouble. My only recommendation: Add a microwave (for the leftover pizza)! We would definitely rent through Romeloft again.

The house was absolutely beautiful, fun decor and a fantastic location, we could walk to most of the attractions we saw. The apartment was large and comfortable for our whole family. The bathrooms are modern and very clean and the bedrooms were charming. The most thing we enjoyed was the terrace! Even at the end of October, we had lovely evenings on the lounge furniture and dinners on the large outdoor table. A dream holiday in a dream apartment, thanks we will return!

We had 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms - that was really great for our trip. These appartment is very closed to Fontana di Trevi and you could reach everthing by a good walk. We did not know where we could leave our trash - maybe an information will be fine. We did have 2 keys, but we were 3 couples...And the cleanliness could be a little bit more - we found with our arrival used coffee in the coffee machine, hairs in bathtub, weaves and a lot of dust. But it was all in all amazing to be here and the comfort was great.

Liked this apartment very much. Spacious, without unnecessary clutter but with a well stocked kitchen -utensils, cutlery etc. Pleasantly decorated, very clean and well located. Showers a bit small, but nice bathroom decor. Linen and towels all great, and lovely large bed in main bedroom. No great views out of the windows but being right in the centre of the city amongst the fashionable shopping streets was really good, as we have a teenager who loves shopping. Lift up to the apartment was really appreciated after long days of sightseeing. The taxi service from the airport was brilliant and took the stress out of travelling. Romeloft staff very helpful too. Pizza Re nearby is very good and lots of ice cream shops to tempt us. A bit noisy at night, but it\'s less than one would expect in the middle of a city I guess. Didn\'t stop us having a good night\'s sleep.

Apartment was clean and as appeared in pictures. Check in process was simple, and car service was on time and efficient. Beds were comfortable, if a little on the hard side, and bedrooms were quiet. Bathrooms were clean and hot water was plentiful. Kitchen was workable, but not entirely equipped for cooking meals. There was no kitchen sponge or kitchen towels, and many of the pots were missing lids. The sofa could use a good cleaning as it smelled very musty and dusty. The location and neighborhood are fantastic, with a large grocery store and two trattoria within a block, a short walk to the Spanish Steps and the Metro, and quite a few small restaurants and gelato shops nearby. The terrace was comfortable and a nice quiet spot away from the hustle of the streets. The internet worked well except for on the terrace.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this flat and were very pleased with the response of the staff when we encountered a bit of bother with the locks and internet. We will definitely book with you again and thank-you Sibilla for being so prompt to respond when we had questions.

Sorry... I can\'t translate this into a suitable English.

This is a beautiful apartment that has been very tastefully decorated. We were able to enjoy eating on the terrace when the weather cooperated. The bedrooms with their own bathrooms was a bonus for us: two couples traveling together. I would not recommend this apartment for small children due to the stairway up to the kitchen. It is a great location, easy walking distance to many places and a block away from a bus stop. Our one complaint is the WiFi situation: we were instructed to use the WiFi for the restaurant downstairs, but the signal was very weak and caused frustration. We were led to believe that this was a temporary situation but the owner\'s information booklet confirmed that this was not new or temporary. The RomeLoft staff were excellent to work with and responded very quickly to our emails. The car service was excellent as well, even for a 4:30 a.m. pick-up. I highly recommend.

The apartment is lovely and in our favourite street. We would certainly stay here again. The problem with the storing of the luggage at check-out needs to be resolved as I\'m sure most guests don\'t want to move luggage half way across Rome for the last few hours of their holiday. For a four night stay some extra towels would have been appreciated. Thank you! Kind regards, Adrian Wilkes

Apartment is in fantastic location and has lots of room. But bathroom needs refurbish. Tiles very dirty, bidet and toilet are old and leak. Taps need replacing as old. This is urgent as I could not recommend the apartment to my clietns in it\'s present state. The grafitti on the front door needs urgent removal. Generally the apartment needs renewing to compare with the b & b\'s we have been using for the same cost. The washing machine is good but the dishwasher does not work. We booked this apartment for one reason, the view. We were not disappointed. There was even a view of the Vatican from the rear terrace. We were met at the apartment as planned. We were shown around, payment finalised and left to enjoy the fabulous furnishings and amazing view. Kitchen was small but OK. We made use of the washing machine. Shutters on all the windows ensured a good nights sleep. We could not get a taxi to drop us at the door so be prepared to cart your luggage up or down the steep street. There is a lift in the building. Great communication with Romeloft staff at all times. Highly recommended.

The apartment is beautifully and imaginatively furnished with plenty of space to avoid that claustrophobic feeling. There is a lift to the fourth floor, otherwise a good cardiovascular workout. Buses and trams are within easy reach and a tabacci for transport tickets is a few minutes away as are two well stocked supermarkets. The meet and greet and exchange of keys for payment of tourist tax went smoothly. I wouldn\'t hesitate to recommend both the apartment and RomeLoft to anyone seeking this style of accommodation.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at St. Peter\'s luxury terrace attic. The apartment is conveniently located near the Vatican and Castel Sant\'Angelo, with a grocery store right across the street. The apartment was very clean and neat and everything worked perfecrly.. I loved the bedroom being on a different level from the rest of the apartment, so one person could sleep while the other worked or made coffee upstairs. The addition of a washing machine was nice, though we didn\'t stay long enough to use it. And the terraces added so much to the ambience of the apartment. It rained while we were in Rome, but I imagine that both terraces would be wonderful if the weather was nice. I do have 2 suggestions: add some type of topper to the mattress, which is a bit too firm but would be perfect with the simple addition of a memory foam or synthetic down topper. Secondly, although I loved the glass dining table uncovered, if I owned the apartment I would probably cover it with a tablecloth. I have a glass table in my rental apartment, too, and I have found that renters are not very careful with other people\'s property. I finally had to cover my glass table to keep it from getting too scratched up. If you don\'t mind replacing it when it gets scratched, though, I must say that the glass table is absolutely perfect with the room decor.

We absolutely loved Trevi Stylish Apartment! You can\'t beat the location - we walked to everything. You can\'t begin to imagine how close you are to the Trevi Fountain! The only attraction out of walking distance would be the the Vatican. Don\'t listen to the few negative comments others have written - I guess you just can\'t please everyone! I can not fault the phone support staff or the person who met us with the keys. The Apartment is a little bit more \'rustic\' in condition than the photos indicate - and the sofa bed wouldn\'t suit everyone but it was fine for our two children. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean and functional bathroom. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The location and views are fantastic - we walked everywhere and there are good local shops, supermarkets and cafes. Recommend booking the airport transfer as it is not easy to find tucked away in a very quiet cobbled street. The apartment has everything you need and the kitchen was great for self catering. The cupboards though are looking tired and the utensils and knives need upgrading. The bathroom is well appointed but desperately needs a clean and new shower curtain. Living areas spacious and clean and the balcony a great spot for breakfast and coffee. Comfortable bed but wardrobe and cupboard a little quirky and eclectic. The upstairs room and terrace are fantastic for afternoon siestas or dinners enjoying the spectacular views. We would certainly consider a return visit.

This apartment is a great place for a couple or solo traveller to stay. It is well located in Trastevere and is super convenient not just to Trastevere but to the Jewish Ghetto and Testaccio; ATAC transit and tram lines are relatively close at hand. There are a couple supermarkets and a BNL bank ATM located a short walk from the apartment, as well as a greenmarket daily in the San Cosimato square for those who would like to cook. I will say that it is a European apartment so if you are expecting all the American amenities you may be slightly disappointed. But having rented other apartments in Europe, in my experience the Piede apartment is one of the best ones I have seen and it was very comfortable for a 2 week stay. As other reviewers have commented, the bathroom is a bit dated; a grab rail for the shower would be a wise addition. And the staircase is steep, though again this is similar to other European apartments I have used. It can be a bit noisy at times with activity on the street and in the square, but in the entire time I was there it always quieted down by midnight. The kitchen was adequately stocked with pots/dishes/glassware, my only suggestion would be to print instructions out for how to use the washing machine (though they can be found online if you search on the manufacturer and model). I would not hesitate to use RomeLoft again for a rental; everything about their service has been prompt and professional. The RomeLoft representative was on time, courteous and helpful; the driver (Honey Singh) used by RomeLoft was, as others have mentioned, also highly professional and reliable. I look forward to coming back to Rome, and I will definitely be using RomeLoft when I do.

I booked this apartment for the end of Sep. 2016 for 3 people. It is very nice and allowed to have some of our meals indoors, especially on the days we were too tired to leave in the evening. It is really well placed between Pz Navona and the Pantheon, in a quite alley near multiple restaurants. The facilities are perfect, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is nicely renovated. The apartment is on the 1st floor, and although there is some renovations going on in the building, we were not troubled by this. work started rather late and finished early. We used the possibility of their car service to and from the airport, since for 3 people it is only a little more than taking the train. I highly recommend this apartment !!!

I went to the apartment with my wife and our three kids (aged from 16 to 21), and we spent a non-stop week visiting as many places as we could. Rome is an amazing city I will ever love from now on. The apartment is nice, large, and fully equiped. An ideal place to have a confortable rest after such an exhausting days. However, the best of the apartment is its placement. Within 15 minutes walking you can get to almost all of the interesting places in the \"centro storico\". For the rest, you have bus connections just 1-2 minutes from the apartment. A perfect place to discover Rome.

RomeLoft staff were excellent from the beginning to end of the process. They responded promptly to my questions and were easy to reach once we arrived. The car we had booked was on time at the airport and staff were waiting at the apartment to hand over keys etc, with minimum fuss. On our departure, we asked for a late checkout as we needed to collect hire cars and had children and they were extremely accommodating. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs (2 couples and 3 children). It was located within easy walking distance but in a residential area to allow for quite time away from tourists. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!

The driver who met me at the airport was there waiting for me and a very professional, courteous driver. The gentleman who met me at the apartment, Michele, was very helpful, carried my suitcase up the five flights of stairs and explained everything to me. I had a question right after he left and I called his cell. He picked up right away and answered my question. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated and has fantastic views out of all sides. I really felt at home there and enjoyed my stay very much. It is a popular piazza and sometimes there were musicians on Ponte Sisto, particularly a drummer, who played loudly very late into the night. It was a little quieter if I closed the bathroom door since the skylight was open in there. The Air conditioner and wifi worked very well. Overall I really loved the apartment. The only improvement I would suggest in a new hairdryer and a better shower head. Everything else was great!

The location can not be beat! My husband and I walked everywhere--- this is very centrally located. It overlooks the Villa Borghese and we very much enjoyed the huge terrace with excellent views. The apartment is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully filled with hotel-like amenitities, including robes, rain ponchos, extra satchels, travel guides and English books for reading. The apartment is a proper old city space, for good and bad---if you are larger than average you may have a few challenges. my 6\'5 husband could not stand up straight in the shower and the final flight of stairs from the elevator is very steep and narrow. While there is an elevator to the fifth floor, it is very tiny so we never used. The bed is a proper American king size, but very, very firm. My only complaint was that they were out of Nespresso pods for the coffee machine. Luckily there are tons of cafes only steps away. Great location, and we very much enjoyed our stay here.

Words cannot describe how absolutely amazing, beautiful, unique and perfect this apartment is, there is no doubt the accommodation is luxury. The location is superb for visiting every area of this beautiful city. If all of this isn\'t enough then you have the knowledge of dealing with one of the most professional companies we have ever dealt with, from the initial booking to the immediately answer\'s on any questions we had then the superb collection from the airport and back again at the end of the holiday and if that wasn\'t enough you are even met at the apartment and shown how everything works and where everything is. You have a contact number also in the unlikely event you need help. This apartment is steps from a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and shops. The views from both terraces are breathtaking, the building itself is I need to say more. The very best holiday we have ever had. Thank you romeloft, see you again for sure. Gillian Smith

This apartment in the heart of the Campo di Fiori was fantastic for our group of seven. There is one flight of stairs before you reach the apartment, but this was fine, even with our baby\'s pram. The apartment is spacious, clean and really comfortable. It is not a new place, but we think that adds to the character of staying in the heart of Rome. The location is just brilliant - walking distance (even with young kids) to most places - the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Trastevere area, Piazza Navona and lots more. There is a market on in the Campo di Fiori most days and lots of restaurants to choose from - all about 10 steps from the apartment door! The apartment has double glazed windows with shutters, so is quiet at night. It has a king sized bed in a large room, a queen bed with the mezzanine room and bed about it. The living room couch also makes up into a queen bed. All provided with fresh, clean sheets and towels. We also needed a baby cot which was delivered and set up for us very quickly. Lots of character with eclectic furniture. Air conditioning was very effective too. The staff were all really helpful and lovely to deal with. Really recommend this place for the price you pay in the heart of Rome. Agh, how we miss beautiful Roma!

The flat is in a great location for city sightseeing. It is spacious, elegant and full of character. The double bed was very comfortable and the terrace with pot plants and views was particularly pleasant. On arrival, we had to wait for the host and the whole welcome appeared to be somewhat disorganised with some last minute checks done whilst we were entering the property. The flat would benefit from a more detailed clean and there were some dust and crumbs left in places. Also, there were no even basic toiletries or hand towels available. Some of the terrace chairs were malfunctioning and uncomfortable to sit on. It would be very useful to have a city map provided for the guests.

Frankly, the first glance of the property didn\'t live up to my expectation due to the fact that it seemed much smaller than how it was showed in the pictures on the Web site. However, the interior designers and decoration indeed revealed an exotic ambience. The location is quite convenient, the metro station, mini markets, restaurants, or bars are all situated in walking distance. The staffs are very friendly friendly, helpful, and well-communicated. The only minor issues is the noise in the late evening because the restaurants are just down stairs. Overall, it provided us a pleasant and comfortable stay when we were in Rome.

Great apartment, felt as though you were on top of Rome! Apartment was exactly as pictured, very quiet and very secure. Loved having 2 full bathrooms, one on each level. The outdoor space was a true bonus in the center of Rome. An outdoor space that had such excellent views was a rare find. Both terraces were covered from the elements, which made them much more useful than an open space. Having the grocery across the street made is so easy to pick up a few things as they were needed. Elevator in building to get to the 5th floor a must, and AC in each room competed the package (not all Rome apartments have AC). Highly recommended!

For those who want to be\'immersed\' in Rome, and all that it has to offer, this is the perfect apartment. check in guy was friendly, accessible, caring and genuine The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well apportioned. The bathrooms were clean, the beds were great, the lounge room was well decorated and the kitchen had everything one needs to cook a meal(or more importantly, heat up delicious leftovers!) I would highly recommend this place to travellers that want to enjoy Rome!

Mr. Tom stayed at Margutta house apartment Up to 2+4 people
We enjoyed our stay at Margutta House Apartment very much. The only complaint was that the air conditioning unit in the bedroom made a very loud noise several times a night, as if there was a pump going off. It lasted about 10 seconds, and happened a few times a night, and it was impossible to sleep through it. After several days we realized that we could solve our problem by only using the air conditioning unit in the living/dining area. Otherwise, the apartment, location, appliances, etc was perfect. We look forward to returning again and will use RomeLoft in the future. Thank you, Tom and Margaret

Mrs. Karen stayed at Monti mini loft Up to 2+1 people
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this loft in the center of the Monti neighbourhood. We spent quite a bit of time roaming the nearby streets to discover little boutiques, second hand shops, restaurants and of course, gelato. One of the best gelato places we discovered in Rome is at the end of the street (Fatamorgana). Terribly convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and filled with sunlight. The decor is contemporary, classic, and comfortable. The rooftop terrace felt like our own space as we never ran into anyone there. Our only complaint was that the apartment was not clean when we arrived. Apparantly a miscommunication between RomeLoft and the cleaning company meant that the apartment wasn\'t cleaned until our third day. We did however manage to find clean towels and sheets in the cupboards. I should also mention that the bed is made up of two twin beds so there is the crack in between the mattresses. Other than that we really enjoyed the place.

RomeLoft staff a pleasure to deal with - courteous, helpful and welcoming. The apartment was exactly as outlined on the website. It was a bonus to find the kitchen much better equipped (cutlery, cooking implements, pans, crockery etc.) than is sometimes the case.

Orso house apartment is in a great location- just around the corner from the River Tiber, one bridge from Castile San Angelo, two bridges from the Vatican. Around an other corner and short walk you find Piazza Navona and many more ancient delights. The apartment very comfortable is well appointed and equipped. Romeloft staff are very friendly, experienced , approachable and helpful. When traveling to Rome I would always use their services. Excellent all round. Thank you

Mr. Vineet stayed at Trevi stylish apartment Up to 2+2 people
The apartment is at excellent location, adjacent to Trevi fountain and in walking distance to all major attractions in Rome. It\'s just perfect for a couple but for a family, the stairs can be bit tiring with luggage, also you need to add more utensils in kitchen for serving 3-4 people. The air-conditioning is very loud and can disturb sleep in drawing room. Nisar was very helpful and communicative as manager of property. Overall a wonderful experience. Would recommend to others.

Mrs. Anja Kleemann-Wright stayed at Campo de Fiori cozy apartment Up to 3+2 people
The appartement is on the 5 th floor and therefore not ideal for everybody but the rooms are light and airy and the view from the lounge is lovely. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped and the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. the flat could do with an aircondition but on the upside there were plenty of fans available and despite the august heat we were therefore ok. Bathrooms need a bit of TLC since one toilet flush didn t work and the showerheads in the master bedrooms bathroom is not very strong. But all in all we loved our time at this appartement in rome and would choose it again.

Mrs. Diane stayed at Campo de Fiori studio apartment Up to 2+2 people
The apartment was comfortable and convenient and included wifi (not particularly fast), a well-equipped kitchen, and a clothes washer. There was a great restaurant right across the street, and a great place for gelato right around the corner. I like to walk, and the apartment was a convenient walking distance from most of the big sightseeing spots. The only negative is that the pulley clothes line was above the shower and broke when I tried to use it.

Mr. Mike stayed at Barberini enchanting terrace apartment Up to 4 people
The staff of Rome Loft (especially Martin) were very helpful - the pick up and return to and from the airport was smooth, prompt and reliable The apartment itself was beautiful - we really fell in love with the roof terrace and had breakfast out there every day. All the rooms were clean and comfortable - we would perhaps have liked a little more kitchen equipment/bathroom supplies. Some of the plugs need a bit of attention The location of the apartment couldn\'t have been better. It was very easy to get to everything - Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, near a metro, near dozens of restaurants. I would have perhaps liked a Visitors book where guests could put down favourite restaurants they\'ve discovered or just little tips or an A4 folder with leaflets. We had our guide book but it\'s always nice to hear what other people have enjoyed near by. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to friends (it was recommended to us by friends). We threw coins in the Trevi fountain which means we will return!

RomeLoft was very responsive to our needs. Indeed, while the apartment was otherwise clean, the RomLoft representative that greeted us and walked us through the apartment saw that the refrigerator was not clean and on his own initiative immediately got the refrigerator cleaned. The apartment was quite homelike, with interesting pictures on the walls and books. Indeed, I thought I would like to meet the owner since the owner must be as whimsical as the apartment. The pictures in the RomeLoft website and the written description of the apartment were generally reflective of the apartment. While the second bedroom was accurately described as being on the mezzanine, the bedroom was not enclosed and opened up onto the kitchen and dining area below. We had to be very quiet so as not to wake up our 14 year old grandson in the morning. Also note that there is a narrow, winding staircase leading to the beautiful terrace. We did not eat dinner on the terrace as we had hoped because the stair would have been difficult to negotiate carrying items for dinner. We very carefully carried out cocktails to the terrace, however. My wife and I are 70 and were able to walk up the steps from the entrance to the apartment house to the apartment. We are in good shape, but the warning on the website description of the apartment is well taken.

This apartment is perfect for a couple or solo traveller. It\'s is comfortably furnished and very clean with nice quality furnishing. Its position is perfect in the Jewish ghetto but you have total silence in the apartamento Two very positive factors. We\'re the charming balcony. Large enough to share breakfast and look out over Rome rooftops. And for me the Roman bath. Two showers together and a large bath. Tiles and big enough for four !! I felt very important in there !! Just needed someone feeding me grapes to fulfill to roman ideal One point for those with any walking difficulties even though there is a loft there are still 3 flights of steep stairs to climb. Quite ok for Most but anyone with a walking difficulty this would cause problems I would recommend this lovely peaceful apartment

Very impressed with the service of RomeLoft. The booking process was easy and clear, the team were very responsive to my queries. Everything, including all the transfers we had requested, ran like clockwork and made our holiday very easy and relaxed. The apartment we stayed in was absolutely perfect. The location meant we could easily walk to everything we wanted to see and having the beautiful terrace to relax on at the end of the day made all the difference. The only thing that unnerved me was the electrics (plug sockets hanging out of the wall!) and it would have been nice to have some dessert bowls.

We loved our stay at the Barberini terrace apartment. It was just a short walk from the Barberini metro station but the highlight for us was the terrace which looks out to St Peter\'s basilica. It was a marvellous entertainment space and great for chilling out after a hard day of sightseeing. The apartment is particularly well furnished and we found the staff to be awesome. Not only did they arrange transport back to the airport when we left but they allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment until when the car arrived to take us back to the airport. For this reason, I would gladly return to this apartment and recommend this to any other travellers to Rome.

the check-in manager was a very polite and positive guy. He helped us with our heavy(extremely heavy at departure) suitcases, ordered taxi and gave us all information we needed. We were grateful for this. The flat is wonderful with beautiful rooms and delicate bathrooms. And the area is amazing with the lovely atmosphere right outside the door! When opening the windows you get the nice noise from the square and the lovely people right into the flat then you really feel you are right into all the life in Rome all the time! And the restaurant underneath is fantastic with its great personnel and extremely good!

We loved our stay at this studio in Trastevere. The location was absolutely perfect and the balcony was definitely the highlight. It gets amazing evening sunlight! The studio was perfectly clean and comfortable with good AC, which was really important for our mid-August stay. Great shower (although the drain was a bit clogged) and comfortable bed. Our only complaint (and this wouldn\'t prevent us from recommending the apartment) is that there was a lot of knick-knacky type stuff around (bowls, candles, picture frames, etc.) It\'s very well furnished with everything you could need, but a few less knick-knacks would make it easier to find places to put your own things (particularly in the bathroom). Honestly though, this was a fantastic stay and we\'ve already recommended it to friends!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the Valadier residence in Rome. The property oozes history, yet is decorated in a contemporary fashion which means it is a very comfortable stay in an excellent location. The residence is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped should you need to use it, and the lounge area was also very spacious and comfortable. The outside terrace area was a great place to sit during the evenings with a bottle of wine. There was also a 2nd smaller balcony overlooking the courtyard which caught the morning sun. Wifi was good and reliable and the Sky box meant there were channels in English on the TV. The frescoes on the walls and the painted wooden ceilings really made this property unique. The location is fantastic, being a short 2 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and a supermarket on your doorstep which is perfect after a long day sightseeing in Rome. RomeLoft staff were very helpful and friendly during check-in and we would certainly return in the future.

We had a very relaxing week in Rome. The apartment was comfortable with all amenities, and the terrace was perfect for drinks and dining. The staff of Rome Loft could not have been more welcoming, helpful and flexible to make our stay as perfect as possible, not least given the (now sadly predictable in Europe) BA flight delays and cancellations. Would definitely recommend, and return.

We loved staying here, the apt is in a great location to access all the sights of Rome. The pick up and check in went smoothly, the apartment was clean and as pictured. When a key broke, there was someone there to sort it out within 30 mins (although we had sorted access by this stage). We were a family of 5, and the only thing to beware if you are two couples is that both double beds are open plan so there is no privacy. The kitchen and laundry facilities were great, there was good wifi, the bathroom was clean and tidy. Access to the apt was through a building and on the 5th floor, but there was a lift most of the way (you needed to walk up one floor). We had no complaints and would go out of our way to try and stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at the Arancio terrace loft for a week. The location of this apartment is perfect, its very convenient to all the major sites we wanted to see in Rome. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall the loft was nice, however, its definitely a studio, and not a one bedroom. There is a curtain between the sleeping and living areas, however, its all one space. We were a little disappointed that although there is a terrace as promised, the actual terrace is not furnished, so not very usable. It would be wonderful with a couple of deck chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen is also a studio kitchen, so not really meant for cooking and the fridge is dorm-size. To us, this was not a big deal since we really enjoyed Roman restaurants. We opted for the airport pickup, which was flawless. Although a bit more than a cab, the convenience was worth it.

We were a couple with one child staying in this apartment during July. Rome Loft staff (Nissar thank you especially ) were fantastic with their service and help. We were really impressed by the location which was in the heart of Trastevere but in a quiet square. The apartment itself is ground floor at the back of the building, so no street noise. The best part was the beautiful internal courtyard which gives the apartment an extra room and a nice light airy feeling. Decoration is tasteful and not overly intrusive or fussy. The bathroom is compact yet practical. The bed was comfortable. We walked everywhere in Rome and we\'re delighted each trip to come back to our little apartment. Thank you again Rome Loft and we will come back as soon as we can!

Plenty of good restaurants within 200-300 metres. Supermarket opposite, ten minute walk to St Peters basilica. The terraces are lovely but weather was too hot for us to enjoy. There is a very ancient lift which is apparently cantankerous as it ceased working twice while we were there probably because the (very) manual doors were not closed properly. We were met at the apartment by Nissar who gave us a very comprehensive demonstration of the apartment features. The apartment is small and the stairs between the main bedroom and living area can be tedious. The airconditioning struggles in Rome\'s summer heat but it at least takes the edge off. Despite these minor short-coming we enjoyed our stay. It made a welcome difference from staying in a hotel room.

Two seniors (71 yo) and one adult (41) were very impressed by the quality of the apartment interior & equipment, the professionalism of the staff (Nissar & Sibilia), and the environment of the apartment (neighbors including the former city mayor). Very quiet, and yet liveful. The lift works with no problems, no noise, but just peace. And yet, it is housed in the center of the touristy community (minutes walking distance to Pantheon, Trevi, and Navona). Even to stretch our radius (e.g. Vatican and Trastevere), it only takes 10-15 minutes, either by cab less than 10 Euro or by bus 1.5 Euro. It was almost exactly the same condition as we live in our house. Regarding the apartment, the kitchen equipment is sufficient for cooking lovers. We even did cook out and prepared all course meals. Also there were no problem with any electronics including ac, oven, dishwasher, laundry washer etc. For laundry, we did use the balcony so that the Sun was our dryer, which is also the same way as our country (even in metropolitan area) unlike using the unnatural, dryer machine in the States. The only wish I would make is bathtub :) which is trivial, especially for Roman summer. All in all, therefore we would love to stay again at this apartment, only if it maintains exactly the same quality or above! Thank you very much for all the service and prompt communications.

We were very happy with the apartment. It suited us as a couple with adult sons( who didn\'t mind sharing the second bed for a couple of. nights) The location is perfect . Situated in a small lively square just around the corner from Piazza Narvona. Its on the 5 th floor accessed by a small quaint lift. As you open the door there is a small sitting area with a small bathroom on the right. a step down into the kitchen then a step down again into a small room adjacent to the bathroom.this is where the pictures on the site are incorrect because the verandah is accessed from the main wasn\'t a problem but it looks very differnt to the pictures advertised. When you exit the from doro you can turn left for via Victor Emanuelle and bus stops going in either the Vatican to the right or across the road to termini. If you turn right out the front door you are in Piazza Pasquale and left to the supermarket.there are great eateries all around and the supermarket sells all manner of cold meats cheese and wine perfect for a verandah dinner.the views are wonderful All in all we had a very pleasant experience and would return to this apartment just for its fabulous location.

First - the negative. It IS small. But, we knew that from previous reviews. We are a family of three and it was really, REALLY \"cozy\". I can\'t imagine it with a larger group. The lack of bathroom privacy was a bit much. Having said that, Lorenzo was wonderful. Our transportation from the airport was seamless (let them know if you are bringing a lot of a luggage, though, so they can send something larger than a sedan). When we tripped the circuit breaker on a Sunday afternoon, they were right there to help us fix it. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, including candles to use on the terrace at night. The best part was the location. We could walk everywhere. The Vatican was the furthest walk, at about 2 miles. But, to wander to the Trevi Fountain or the Pantheon was just a few minutes. The shops in the piazza were wonderful, I highly recommend the panini store. Restaurants near the Pantheon were fantastic. We spent one day just exploring the churches within walking distance. Everything was very handy, the location was utterly perfect.

The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. There is everything necessary for living: dishes, towels, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, etc. The owner, Lorenzo, is very welcoming and friendly, ready to help in any situation. The apartment is located close to many attractions - the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Vittoriano. You can walk to the Pantheon, Fountain de Trevi and the Vatican. We really enjoyed. Thank you!

We were greeted at the Rome loft by a lovely guy named Nissar. He helped us into the apartment. We were surprised by the\'s huge! We have a 15 month old baby and Lorenzo helped to arrange a travel cot for us. The stay was very comfortable and perfect for our family. The location is excellent to explore all the sites of Rome. We were able to walk everywhere from the flat. Nissar kindly arranged transport to the airport for us and we had a really lovely driver. All in all, a fantastic stay and for the price it was great value for money.

Mr. Kim stayed at Navona terrace penthouse Up to 4 people
Rome Loft was very easy to work with both in booking apartment and hiring a driver to pick us up from train station and take us to the apt. The apt we booked was fantastic. Exactly as advertised, great location near Piazza Navona, within walking distance to Forum and Colosseum, and right near a very convenient taxi stand. Lots of shopping, dining nearby, fabulous rooftop terrace, comfortable beds, great value. Highly recommend!

On our second stay in this location we are still very positive, especially about he location. Some remarks: the seat of the toilet is still loose, like two years ago. We missed some salt and pepper in the kitchen. The tab in the bathroom needs decalcifying. Wifi functions as it should! Elevator is very useful at the end of a tiring day! Very nice and good restaurants and supermarket nearby for reasonable prices. Good starting point for shopping. We hope to come again.

After reading small problems with the apt like shower cubicle too small, bad water pressure, low ceilings this apts good features definitely outweighed it\'s bad. Great location, helpful staff, comfy bed and lounge and awesome roof top balcony and views. This place was a highlight for us. Showers are taken for 5 mins a day and sometimes the water was barely running or hot (hopefully something the owner could look at) so this didn\'t phase is. The low ceiling is into the kitchen and bathroom (which is upstairs from the bedroom I might add). But these little problems were nothing.

Overall, the apartment was perfect. We really enjoyed our week there. The Rome Loft staff were very helpful and courteous. The one fault was the shower in the smaller bathroom, which does not drain properly and overflows onto the floor after a few minutes. The kitchen should have a few more bowls and dishes for serving. There should be a lettuce spinner for salads.

Mr. Michael stayed at Trevi comfortable terrace apartment Up to 4+2 people
This is a nice apartment in an excellent location. There is lots of room and it is kept up well. The check in day seemed a little hectic since the company had a lot of apartments to get people checked into. We had to wait a little while but otherwise it was fine. The only other minor negatives would be that you can only get to the bathrooms through the bedrooms, which is a problem is someone is sleeping on the fold out couch, and the bunk beds are really squeaky (which is why someone was on the fold out couch). The terrace is a nice touch but we didn\'t use it. It was warm when we were the and it is in the sun in the afternoon. The grocery store on street level is very handy and there are lots of coffee shops and restaurants outside. I\'d definitely recommend this apartment.

A wonderful and quiet place renovated and furnished with lot of taste and finesse. This lovely place reflects so perfectly the surrounding city, that sometimes you find yourself willing to stay inside, instead of going out and visiting beautiful Rome.
