This newly renovated Pantheon terrace apartment is designed to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be. It is located on the 5th floor of an ancient building, which provides an elevator.
Your home in Rome offers some truly splendid living spaces. Here you can enjoy some quiet time after a long hectic day of sightseeing. You’ll be sure to enjoy all of the modern day comforts you need. For example, you will have access to a flat screen TV, WIFI Internet, air conditioning, a washer and a dryer.
The living room is the first thing you see when you enter the apartment. You’ll immediately notice the beautiful vintage wooden chest coffee table in front of the comfortable beige L shaped sofa bed.
The decorative touches on the walls and the oversized arch floor lamp make this sunny room cosy and welcoming. Pay close attention to the view from the window: “Colonna Antonina” stands proudly in front of you.
Adjacent to the living room, a little corridor with a decorative fireplace and a nice library takes you to the kitchen. A wooden bar lit with designer lamps and 3 stools introduces you to this space. Although not large, you’ll find everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. It comes with a refrigerator/freezer, an oven, a gas stove, a microwave, a coffee machine, and dishwasher. Of course, all of the necessary kitchenware will also be provided. There is also a window which floods the kitchen with plenty of sun light.
In front of the kitchen, a large window gives you access to the beautiful terrace with wonderful views over the city. From here, you’ll even see the top of the “Il Vittoriano” monument of Piazza Venezia. The views will surely leave you amazed. Admire them while sipping a glass of wine resting on one of the patio chairs.
The sleeping area is made up of a master bedroom with a comfy king size bed. You will also find night tables (with an iPod docking station), wall lamps, as well as a mezzanine with another queen size bed. Finally, a sleek, modern en-suite bathroom offers a standing shower with a rainfall shower head.
This Pantheon terrace apartment is a place where characteristic wooden beam ceilings meet contemporary decor. It is certainly the place where you and your family will want to spend time relaxing on your Roman holiday.
This apartment can be rented either for short or long-terms stays.
You will find this property on Piazza di Pietra. This is a charming square a few meters from the majestic Pantheon. This also means that you are very near to the Navona and Campo de’ Fiori areas. These are great options for an evening in Rome. They offer many restaurants and bars that are perfect for an aperitivo, or tasting some delicious Roman dishes.
From the Pantheon you will be within easy walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, Piazza Venezia, and the Piazza del Popolo.
Behind the latter, you can enjoy relaxing in the Villa Borghese park. This also offers great views from its Pincio Terrace. Alternatively, head Northeast to the Vatican to visit its museum and the impressively stunning St. Peter’s Basilica.
The Pantheon area gets very busy during the day, however remains quite peaceful at night. The late evening is in fact a great time to visit the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. The crowds will have dwindled to just a few people, and the monuments’ illuminations are quite breathtaking.
But you don’t have to take only our word for it! We invite you to read a client’s perspective, here: “the best Airbnb in Rome with prime location”.

«Great appartment in great location»
The appartment is situated in the heart of the historical center of Rome. Nicely furnished, well equiped, perfect for 4-5 people. The welcoming staff (Migara) has been partcularly helpful and available at any time.
«Incredible location, great customer service»
This property really can’t be beaten for location, the minute you step out the main entrance there is a jaw dropping monument right in front of you! Minutes from the pantheon and Piazza Navona, a short walk to Trevi and the Spanish Steps and plenty of designer window shopping! Even the Coliseum was only about 30 minutes away on foot. The loft ...Read Moreitself was gorgeous and only a few things stopped me giving it 5/5 on all fronts. Firstly we arrived at check in time with the key holder but the apartment was still being cleaned. Not a deal breaker as it meant we could leave our cases but weren’t comfortable leaving valuables (there isn’t a safe) so had to take these with us for lunch and come back and hour later to unpack. Silver lining however as we found a lovely place for a pasta lunch (€9 ish and €6 for a medium carafe of wine) called Pietro de Pantheon. We actually came back another day for lunch and the dinner on our last night. Second the pictures of the terrace on the website are, shall we say, generous. In reality it was very small and the wall mounted air conditioning unit made it feel even more so. The furniture was tired and dirty and the plant pots had definitely seen better days. I really think with a good clean and a bit of TLC this area could be much nicer (maybe planters hanging off the railings to allow a bit more floor space?). Consequently we didn’t spend an evening sitting out and drinking wine. Granted we didn’t come to Rome to do this every night but it would have been a lovely place for a night cap. Third, the mezzanine was very cramped and we all had to stoop to walk to the bed. The bed itself was very comfortable and due to literally being in the eaves was very cosy. You just seriously had to watch your head getting there which made me feel nervous about my daughter hurting herself. Hint: she was worried about the gap where the side of the bed met the railings so we used the oversized cushions off our bed as a barrier and this worked well. Finally the shower tray was very dusty and as the drain seemed to take the entire time of a shower to empty it meant we had lumps of dust floating around our ankles for the first few times we used it. A bit yuck. We had no hot water one evening and the following morning however a quick message to our key holder and it was sorted by the time time we returned that afternoon. Thank you! Other than those niggles we loved our Home in Rome. The key holder was helpful and prompt. Our car transfers to and from the airport excellent (we would definitely recommend this. And that beautiful Mercedes that collected us on arrival ?...!) and the customer service generally from the Rome Lofts team has been excellent. We considered AirBnB before hearing of this company but I’m so glad we reconsidered and if we return I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Oh and Aperitivo at Salotto 42 downstairs wasn’t cheap but worth it and they made our daughter feel very welcome. The concept of a buffet in a bar blew her mind!
«Great location and excellent air conditioning»
We are a family group of four persons. We use the sofa as a bed and we didn´t have another sofa or enough chairs to sit in. There are ants in the chimney and in the kitchen. The apartmente has a good location in the center of the city and was clean with facilities like tea, coffee, sugar...that we thank a lot. Air conditioning was excellent
«Great Location and comfortable apartment with small terrace»
Well equipped apartment in great central location near Pantheon and via del Corso. On fifth floor with elevator and a final 18 steps up to the apartment - not a problem for us but might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. The apartment was comfortable and our check in experience and communication was excellent. The apartment was not parti...Read Morecularly well cleaned. When my 21 year son elected to sleep on the sofa bed one night as the bed on the mezzanine is directly under the roof tiles and rather stuffy and hot, when we moved the rug to deploy the sofa bed these was a great deal of dirt and dust underneath. Bathroom likewise was a little grubby. Linen and towels were very clean and bed in main room was comfortable. The two air conditioners in the apartment struggled to cool the apartment in the heat of summer. Would happily stay in this apartment again outside summer as the location is terrific and private and the apartment is a cosy little place. Best suited for two adults as the sofa bed is not practical and took 10 minutes to set up as not easy to use and the mezzanine bed is only suitable for children.
Other reviews have noted that the loft space is best suited for a smaller child and is open to the bed below so the apartment is for younger families, not two couples. There is very little storage space in the bedroom, although there is a closet in the living room. There are some steps from the elevator to the apartment so would not be accessible f...Read Moreor a wheelchair or walker. Some of the windows do not have coverings and those that do, the coverings do not block out the morning light. If you need total darkness to sleep, this may be a problem, but we were tired enough from our daily travels and dining that we had no problem sleeping even after the sun rose. For just two of us, the apartment worked very well. The space was comfortable with convenient appliances and equipment in the kitchen. We had a water leak in the kitchen and that was fixed promptly. We only used the kitchen for breakfast but had everything we needed. The service does not provide kitchen essentials, but others had left behind salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, oil and vinegar. In the bathroom, there was hair conditioner snd we left a bottle of shampoo. The wifi worked much better than some places we have stayed. We had to buy additional garbage bags and left the remainder of the roll behind. It would be helpful to know what to do with recycling. We could not find the community bins in the area. Again, as others have noted and what must be emphasized is the wonderful location between the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. It is close to many popular sights but quiet for sleeping. There are innumerable good restaurants and cafes within easy walking distances, some within the piazza below. The Campo di Fiori markets are a 10 minute walk. The week we spent in Rome was the last week of our holidays and the apartment helped make it a memorable experience.
Great appartement, great location
This was our second stay in this Romeloft apartment, which is so centrally located right near the Pantheon and yet provides a tranquil retreat from the sight-seeing crowds. The apartment is light and generally very comfortable. It was a good size for our family of 4 and our children enjoyed the novelty of sleeping in the bed that is built into the ...Read Moremezzanine. We ate out frequently - the Osteria dell'Ingegno just downstairs is really good - but we also appreciated the option of being able to shop for fresh ingredients and prepare meals. As such, it would be helpful to have lids for all of the pots/saucepans provided, but this was a relatively minor inconvenience. Our dealings with all Romeloft staff were extremely positive and we would definitely book through Romeloft again when we next visit.
«Fabulous location, great apartment »
Very nice apartment in a fabulous location. Turn right outside the front door and you will be in front of the Pantheon in less than 5 minutes. Turn left and the Trevi Fountain is under 10 minutes. We walked to Vatican City in about 25. The little deck is nice to have although we didn't use it as much as I thought we would. The living...Read More area is very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with plates, pots and pans even paper napkins, plastic wrap, coffee and tea (left by others so you might not be so lucky). The bathroom is a bit unusual as it has a glass door, however the toilet is down the wall so only the sink is visible through the door. Still, it might be a little disconcerting to some. The shower has decent water pressure and the towels are large. The loft is accessed by a set of stairs as you enter the bedroom and is fully open to the bedroom so there isn't any privacy. Not an issue for a couple but if traveling with a third person it might be. We ordered a car for our early morning flight through Rome Loft and they were there right in time. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay and we highly recommend the apartment!
«Wonderful 10 days in Rome»
The service and support from everyone involved in the our trip was really great. The guys helped book transfers and were there to handover the keys and show us around. «LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION...»
Sabilla Baccin was wonderful, responsive, informative and deserves so much credit for her management responsibilities. Unfortunately, his English was limited and he was in a real hurry. We rented a 2-bedroom loft - that is not what we had. Only little kids would be able to access the "2nd" bedroom it was a mattress stuck under the ceiling, with a stairway that could not be used because the fold out bottom section was not there. The management team has nothing to do with the way the owners furnish or describe the loft, I wrote Sabilla about this so it is no surprise to her. There was no place for our suitcases, so we left them in the living room. The shower had no place to put our soap or shower supplies. As you enter the bathroom, heading to the shower, there is a step down that unless you are warned, you will almost fall - we both caught ourselves and got used to looking for it. The stools at the kitchen bar had wood seats (one was split in half) and were so uncomfortable, we stood all of the time - and that includes me working on my computer. So, in the end, you can make do regardless because this is ALL ABOUT LOCATION! IT WAS PERFECT! We are glad that we stayed here and only hope that the owners will do more to accommodate their renters' comfort. I'd come back here, but hope that there would be better window coverings to provide privacy and block the sun in the mornings. Thanks Sibilla, you were wonderful.
«Very happy with our experience!»
The shower was slightly dirty and the balcony was full of dead plants but these were minor faults.
We had a fantastic stay in Rome, the location of the apartment is just perfect, and the apartment had all the amenities described. We loved staying here, the apt is in a great location to access all the sights of Rome. The pick up and check in went smoothly, the apartment was clean and as pictured. The kitchen and laundry facilities were great, there was good wifi, the bathroom was clean and tidy. Access to the apt was through a building and on the 5th floor, but there was a lift most of the way (you needed to walk up one floor). We had no complaints and would go out of our way to try and stay there again.
«Wonderful initiation to the joys of Rome.»
Ideal location in a beautiful piazza opposite the imposing Temple of Hadrian, an incredible first impression of Rome. Excellent location with local eateries, bars, shopping and sites all in easy walking distance. Great place for an early morning walk to see the sites before the crowds arrive.
«Nice appartement with super location »
A very nice appartement with a super location close to pantheon. Quick respons by the owner and a very friendly welcome by RomeLoft Staff. Recommended.
«Perfect location to experience Rome»
First - the negative. It IS small. But, we knew that from previous reviews. We are a family of three and it was really, REALLY "cozy". I can't imagine it with a larger group. The lack of bathroom privacy was a bit much. Having said that, Lorenzo was wonderful. Our transportation from the airport was seamless (let them know if ...Read Moreyou are bringing a lot of a luggage, though, so they can send something larger than a sedan). When we tripped the circuit breaker on a Sunday afternoon, they were right there to help us fix it. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, including candles to use on the terrace at night. The best part was the location. We could walk everywhere. The Vatican was the furthest walk, at about 2 miles. But, to wander to the Trevi Fountain or the Pantheon was just a few minutes. The shops in the piazza were wonderful, I highly recommend the panini store. Restaurants near the Pantheon were fantastic. We spent one day just exploring the churches within walking distance. Everything was very handy, the location was utterly perfect.
«Charming apartment in a wonderful location.»
We loved staying in this apartment. It sits in a lovely square and a two minute stroll in one direction took us to the Pantheon and only slightly longer in the other to the Trevi fountain. This apartment was perfect! Clean, quiet, and walking distance to all major attractions. It's in a lively piazza with a few wine bars and restaurants, but the apartment is on the top floor so it's very quiet. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Rome.

We enjoyed our stay in the Pantheon apartment. It was well located and although it was on a reasonably busy square it was quiet and peaceful. It had everything we needed.
My daughter and I were delighted with the Pantheon Attic Apartment.
