Le Piramidi Pizza and Kebab

For the best falafel in Rome, you don’t need to head far from the city centre! Tucked away in a tiny side street that leads off the famously beautiful Piazza Farnese, you’ll find the unassuming entrance of Le Piramidi. While initially this little takeaway seems unpromising, it is home to some of the best falafel and baklava in the whole of the city.

The standard piadina falafel is a soft, floury wrap, for which you can choose all manner of sauces and fillings before the satisfyingly crisp hot falafel are added. We recommend the crema di ceci, spiced potatoes and grilled vegetables.  Take on the special spicy sauces if you dare, but we suggest you buy a bottle of water to accompany your lunch if so! The staff are friendly and helpful, so feel free to ask plenty of questions if you’re not sure what you fancy, as they readily give recommendations.
