Trastevere terrace attic

It offers two wonderful private terraces. Both of them offer excellent views on the Gianicolo park, Villa Corsini and the botanical garden.

You can access the apartment on the 4th floor of a seventeenth century building that doesn’t have a lift. It has a very elegant entrance. On the first level, you will find an air conditioned living room, with a white sofa (on which a single person can sleep if necessary), a coffee table, and flat 32″ TV. 

Guests can enjoy the library and eat at the modern table with chairs. Wi-Fi Internet is also available.

On the same floor there is a very well equipped kitchenette. Here you will find a gas stove, an oven, a toaster, an orange squeezer, a kettle, a fridge, and freezer. You will also have a washing machine at your disposal. There is also a service bathroom.

In front of the living room there is the first private terrace with plants. From here you can enjoy some absolutely stunning views. You can enjoy these views from a small outdoor table with two chairs.

On the upper level of this Trastevere terrace attic you will find a particularly attractive bedroom. Bright light engulfs this room, with several windows and another fantastic private terrace which overlooks the surrounding greenery. Here you will feel like floating in the air on a little island! You can also relax in the king size bed and make use of the large wardrobe hidden behind elegant white curtains. This bedroom is also air conditioned and has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

Couples will enjoy being isolated and independent, all the while staying in the heart of the Trastevere area. We highly recommend this enchanting Trastevere terrace attic to everyone!

The Location

This flat is in one of Rome’s most picturesque and atmospheric areas. Here you will find many restaurants and bars that overflow with lively chatter come evening.

The property is just a fews meters away from the entrance to the botanical garden of this area, which can be a nice way to relax and see some nature whilst in Rome.

Another way to find some breathing space is to make the short climb up the Gianicolo Hills. This overlooks the Trastevere area and offers stunning views over the historical center. Moreover, coming here for sunset you can enjoy the romantic vision of the sun setting behind the cupola of St Peter’s Basilica.

Crossing the Ponte Sisto from Trastevere’s Piazza Trilussa, you will arrive in a very busy and happening area of the historical center: Campo de’ Fiori. In the mornings, you can find a charming market in this piazza, which sells fresh foods and produce. Very close to the Campo you will also find the Piazza Navona.
