The Property

This is a sophisticated and spacious Rome apartment for rent. Its interiors fit in harmoniously with the stylish and exclusive area in which it lies. The clean and bright spaces contrast with its sleek, dark features such as its kitchen.

When you enter the apartment, you’ll see a large luminous open space with a classic cotto tile floor and an imposing loft window.

The living area features a comfortable double sofa bed, two white minimal armchairs and a flat screen TV. This is the best place to unwind after a long day of exploring and sightseeing.

The kitchen is modern and recently renovated; it is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dish washer and a beautiful dining table with 6 Italian design chairs. This space is thus perfect to welcome friends and family for a delicious homemade meal!

On the same floor, there is also the first bedroom of the apartment which features a king size bed with night tables and a closet. Adjacent to this room, you will find the first bathroom with shower.

A gorgeous iron staircase leads you to the upper level where there are two additional bedrooms. The first one has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub.

The second one, ideal for children, features two single beds. This room also has an en-suite bathroom with shower.

In choosing this apartment, you’re sure to benefit of every kind of amenity, including Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning.

The Location

This apartment lies on one of the most exclusive street of Rome. The Via Margutta is a street that is famous for its many art galleries. It was once home to the celebrated artist Picasso.

Staying at this property you will find yourself in the heart of the city, close to the ancient Campo Marzio neighborhood. You will moreover be just a few steps from the famous Spanish Steps and also the Trevi Fountain.

This area offers plenty of chic restaurants and trendy bars (we highly recommend you have a drink at Hotel De Russie on Via del Babuino), where you can have a rest after visiting Rome’s attractions or after a long day of retail therapy in one of the most upscale fashion districts.

Alternatively, for a more laid-back evening scene, you can head towards the area surrounding the Piazza Navona. Here the atmosphere is very lively, and there are many restaurants and bars that are popular with locals and tourists alike. For a great view over this piazza we recommend the Terrazza Borromini, which is an elegant and tranquil rooftop bar just next to this square.

For attractions that lie further afield you can use the Spagna metro station. The Metro A line runs through here and can take you to the Vatican and also Termini. From the latter, the Metro B line will also take you down through to the Colosseum.

«Me and my Family stayed at the Spanish Steps Loft apartment in Via Margutta. Mr.... »

Me and my Family stayed at the Spanish Steps Loft apartment in Via Margutta. Mr. Love was there when we arrived and told us everything about the Apartment, the Wi-Fi and so on. The Apartment was fantastic - 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom, just what we needed as a Family. The area in Via Margutta is cosy and very nice - no noise from the street but very Read Morenice and close to The Spanish Steps, Via Condotti, Piazza Popolo. If you are in this Hood don't miss Hotel De Russie on Via del Babuino - splended food and service. Also a special thanks to Miss Sibilia in the office, she did all best service before we arrived... Then I'm going to Rome again I would definitely use Rome Lofts.
