This fully renovated Roman studio apartment could not be in a better location.

This nice cozy apartment has an entrance, which leads you directly to the fully equipped kitchen.

This has a gas stove, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, and a dish washer. Of course, you will also have access to all necessary cooking equipment. Thus you will have the perfect space in which to prepare a hearty breakfast, delicious eveing meal or even just a quick lunch on the go.

The dining area, which has a table and chairs is on the other end of the room.

Next to the kitchen, you’ll find the blue and yellow tiled bathroom. This has a wide shower equipped with a fantastic rainfall shower head. The well-furbished living room has an extremely comfortable double sofa bed, and also a lovely lamp that lights the room beautifully. It also has a 32″ flat screen TV.

A nice carpet completes the decor. Moreover, this apartment provides Wi-Fi Internet access. The entire apartment has wooden ceilings and parquet floors, which create a warm atmosphere.

Finally, the master bedroom has a king size bed, large wardrobes, and a comfortable dressing corner.

The Location

This apartment lies on Via degli Spagnoli, right between the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Via degli Spagnoli is one of the many typical small medieval streets found throughout the Rome.

Its location in the historical center makes it both central and quiet.

Moreover, from here you will have easy access to all of Rome’s main attractions, all of which you could reach on foot. Nearby you will find the Trevi Fountain, and the Campo de’ Fiori. Just a little further away you can find the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Vatican City, and Castel Sant’Angelo.

This area also has many restaurants and bars which provide the perfect way to relax in the evenings. The atmosphere around the Piazza Navona is truly infectious, and is warm and friendly to all its visitors.

We also recommend wandering over to the Pantheon at night, when all the crowds have left, and its majestic presence looms over the piazza in peace.

The same goes for the Trevi Fountain, which is extremely overcrowded during the day. This impressive feature also benefits from enchanting night-time illuminations that add a certain other dimension to its presence.

«Lage, Einrichtung und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. »

«A convinient, centrally-located, very nice apartment with generous staff - simply, a good choise»

I booked this apartment for the end of Sep. 2016 for 3 people. It is very nice and allowed to have some of our meals indoors, especially on the days we were too tired to leave in the evening. It is really well placed between Pz Navona and the Pantheon, in a quite alley near multiple restaurants. The facilities are perfect, the kitchen is well equipRead Moreped and the bathroom is nicely renovated. The apartment is on the 1st floor, and although there is some renovations going on in the building, we were not troubled by this. work started rather late and finished early. We used the possibility of their car service to and from the airport, since for 3 people it is only a little more than taking the train. I highly recommend this apartment !!!

«Quiet, clean apartment in the heart of Rome.»

We had a very enjoyable stay at the apartment. The furnishings are contortable, but basic. Management is very responsive to any concerns.

«Great location and large one bedroom apartment»

We loved this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and well set up, which meant we were able to cook more than just pasta while we were there. We had some trouble finding the place but Honey was great in waiting for us. It was blissfully quiet with good air-conditioning, and was large enough that we could actually lounge around in the evening andRead More watch a DVD. It was also only a 5 minute walk to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Only thing was the blinds didn't quite cut out enough light at night. Would definitely stay again.

«Perfect location cute apartment understanding staff»

The apartment is right in the heart of Rome, in a medieval building and is very fashionable and cutely renovated. Ideally located just round the corner from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon it is surrounded by lots of restaurants and good shopping facilities. We encountered problems with a very modern wash and dry washing machine which did not work Read Morefrom start. It was difficult to contact the office over the Christmas holiday but e-mail communication was eventually successful. The staff at Rome Loft was very courteous and apologetic and gave us a small refund to compensate for the two week long problem. The bathroom, clearly designed for foreigners, lacks a bidet but a Japanese solution would solve the problem. It sleeps four but that would be a squeeze, however it was comfortable for three people. Thanks to Sibilla for her help, kindness and understanding.

«Great Location, in the heart of Rome, yet charming street. Unbelievable.»

A short walk from Piazza Navona, Campo Fiore and the Pantheon. On a virtually unknown via, the location has it all, a fresh market within 75 feet, and 4 restaurants within 150 feet. Giovanni's "Vinoteca Novecento" gets my vote for atmosphere, food and wine. The apartment had a washing machine and a drying rack which was handy Read Morepre-cruise after 8 days in Italy. A separate master bath and the living room/TV room had bedding for 2 daughters. Full kitchen nice to store snacks and drinks in. We never cooked, (we were in Rome !!), but the availability is there. Shower area was cool with a rain type overhead showerhead. Excellent free WiFi, a must with 2 teenage daughters. The apartment is even handicapped accessible as there was a chair lift along stairway to second floor. Mr. Honey was nice and showed us around. No complaints, but once again, I cannot rave enough about the excellence of this location.
