Trastevere Luxury Retreat

From an old Roman theatre to a Trastevere Luxury Residence with its own spa, this property has been entirely renovated to offer the best of comforts in a unique setting. To access the residence, guests walk through a stylish lobby area before entering the courtyard. This garden area is adorned with plants and statues and paved with red bricks which take guests to the front doors of the main loft. The Dependance is accessible up a spiral staircase behind the lobby. A table with a patio heater and parasol also feature on in the courtyard for guests to enjoy the Roman air, whatever the season.

Main Loft

The Trastevere Luxury Residence’s interiors consistently receive plenty of natural light through its large bay windows all the way across its facade. Upon entering the loft, guests are greeted by a uniquely designed open space which allows for an airy, uncluttered feel. The large dining table is particularly striking for its imposing nature, made out of a single slab of Teak tree. In this same dining area, guests will find the kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary utilities. This includes an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, blender, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Within the same open space but down a few steps, guests will find the stylish living area. Beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas and a coffee table, it also features a modern fireplace. The area is meticulously decorated in an oriental style. 

Guests will also notice that the loft features two olive trees on the outside of the apartment but in the general space, surrounded by glass panels. This adds to the airy, open atmosphere of the loft. 

The loft’s three bedrooms are uniquely decorated and are each furnished with a king size bed, large wardrobes, smart TV and a safe. Large windows in each of the rooms allow for plenty of natural light and their oriental design recalls the style of the living area. The master bedroom features an additional fold-out bed for extra guests and a walk-in closet, as well as a bathtub. Next door, the bedroom is features a beautiful canopy bed with its wooden, dark frame, and also has a bathtub. The last bedroom looks out onto the garden.

All bathrooms are furnished with a marble shower, a toilet and sinks. Towels, hairdryers and toiletries are also at guests’ disposal.

The spa area is a truly unique feature of the loft. This wellness area features a sauna, a hot tub and a multi sensory shower. Guests may book massage services at extra cost.

A WiFi connection and air conditioning features throughout the property. A powerful floor standing sound system is also available, as well as flat screen TVs equipped with Netflix and Sky in each room. 

Dependance

The loft’s dependance is located just up a spiral staircase after the residence’s lobby. Also recently renovated and equipped with all modern comforts, it is ideal for a couple seeking independence and privacy from the rest of the loft. This studio apartment features a comfortable living area with a large sofa and a modern fireplace. The high wooden ceilings combined with large windows and the dependance’s modern, unique design create a very pleasant atmosphere.

In the same open space, guests will find a kitchenette area with a wooden table which seats up to 5 people. The kitchenette features a sink, stove, microwave and kitchen utensils for basic cooking. A modern bathroom is also at guests’ disposal with a large walk-in shower. Up some stylishly designed stairs to the mezzanine, guests will find the sleeping area with a king size bed and large TV. 

Making this annex all the more special is its charming balcony overlooking the apartment’s courtyard. Furnished with a small table and chairs, it is the ideal place to sip a morning coffee or evening cocktail while enjoying the Roman air. 

The Dependance includes WiFi and air conditioning for maximum comfort of its guests. 

Location

The Trastevere Luxury Retreat is located in the most charming district of Rome: Trastevere. Wander through its quaint cobbled streets to find the best restaurants, bars and boutiques, all at your fingertips. It also happens to be within walking distance of some key Rome attractions. These include the Pantheon, or the Vatican City.

One of the oldest churches in Rome, Santa Maria in Trastevere, is just a few meters away from the loft. For guests wishing to admire the city from higher up, the Janiculum is just a 10 minute climb away. It benefits from incredible panoramic views of the Eternal City. 

For any attractions located a little further, the Trastevere tram stop is very close by. Regular buses also run along the river, taking guests wherever they wish to be.
