Spread over three levels and with nine bedrooms sleeping up to 14 guests, this entire palazzo is a unique and luxurious find in the heart of Rome’s historical centre. Composed of two apartments, served by separate entrances and combined into one large property, this is the perfect place for large groups of families and friends.

The first floor apartment features two double bedrooms (one king-size, another queen), a single room, a twin room and a further mezzanine sleeping two extra guests in the queen-size double room. Each room is designed to be bright, spacious and relaxing, not forgetting that certain Italian design flare. This apartment also offers three shower bathrooms, as well as an inviting living space. Here you can make use of a sofa bed for an additional guest. This apartment’s kitchen is fully-equipped and gives onto a large terrace, where you can find an outdoor lounge area. This features a dining table and sofa space – the perfect area to relax with an aperitivo before heading out for dinner. 

Moving up to the second apartment, guests will find it shared across two floors. The lower features sleeps up to four in a double bedroom with sofa bed, and another three in a further double bedroom and single bedroom. These are serviced by three shower bathrooms as in the lower apartment. The upper floor sleeps another four guests in a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each equipped with en-suite bathrooms. On the main floor of this apartment you will also find the living room and kitchenette.

The property is equipped with all the amenities needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible: WiFi, washing machine and dryer, coffee machines, netflix and Sky TV, DVD player, Smart TV, safe, air conditioning, floor heating and more. A delightful finishing touch to this apartment is its stand alone jacuzzi bathtub for two: a romantic and relaxing highlight.

Location

Our Margana Luxury Palazzo lies on the beautiful Piazza Margana, which is located between two of the most famous piazze in Rome: Piazza Venezia and Campo de’ Fiori. Dating back to the middle ages, the building itself is steeped in history, being built on the foundations of a renaissance palace.

Despite its highly central location, this piazza is a true hidden treasure of the city, as it remains a time capsule to another time. From the apartment it is incredibly easy to access key attractions such as the Imperial Forum, Via del Corso, Piazza Navona and even the Colosseum.
