This stylish 3 bedroom Trastevere terrace penthouse boasts spectacular views of the Eternal City. The modern interior design of this property provides a striking contrast with the historic buildings of Trastevere. This is the perfect option for travellers wishing to experience the historic areas of Rome, while still enjoying all the comforts of a modern apartment, including wifi.

The Trastevere neighbourhood is a vibrant maze of typical restaurants, bars and small shops. Yet the apartment, located on the 3rd and top floor of the building (without a lift) allows for a private and peaceful retreat from the busy streets below.

On entering the apartment, old features meet modern design with both wooden beam ceilings and cutting-edge design elements. The living room has a sofa, arm chairs, a small desk and a flat screen TV. From this area there is access to the kitchen and 2 of the bedrooms, while a stair case leads up to the third bedroom and a beautiful terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities such as a dishwasher and also features carefully selected design elements such as a gorgeous chandelier, as well as having ample cooking space. There is also a table and chairs where you can enjoy meals together.

From the kitchen a second stair case leads up to an upper floor study area, a large closet with a washing machine and a bathroom with shower.

Two of the three bedrooms (all with air conditioning) are located on the main level, off the living room. Both of the rooms have double beds and are decorated in a clean, neutral style. In this same area of the apartment you will also find the main bathroom for this level, which has a shower. The third bedroom, also with a double bed, can be accessed from the staircase at the entrance of the apartment. The third bathroom, with a shower, is also located in this area.

Perhaps one of the loveliest aspects of this Trastevere terrace penthouse is the breathtaking view. On the flower-filled terrace you can sit back and relax with a glass of wine in the evening after a busy day of touring Rome, and look out over the majesty of the city below.

«We loved the apartment - it was delightful: clean, bright, well located, beautiful. We would highly recommend it.»

The apartment was everything we dreamed it would be. It had three beautiful, spotlessly clean bathrooms, three beautiful bedrooms and a spacious living room and kitchen. It was well equipped and bright. The highlight though was definitely the fantastic roof terrace where we ate our breakfast in the sunshine every morning. The location was fantasticRead More - on a quiet backstreet but close to everything. The only thing that would have improved it would have been a dvd player. We have 3 children 8,10 and 12 and they enjoy watching a dvd in the evenings after dinner - so we used our laptop, while the fantastic large screen tv was in the living room but was no use to us as it only had Italian tv and no dvd facility. For most people this wouldn't be an issue - but we find, everywhere we go, the same thing. Great big tvs which only have local tv stations and no dvd facility. But this was only a small thing which could easily be remedied. Everything else in the flat was faultless!!!! We loved it! A bit of feedback for Rome Loft staff though - there was a 3 day cab strike when we were in Rome (which we didn't know about) and when I rang up to book a cab with Rome Lofts to take us to the Airport on our final day, I was told it was too late to book a taxi with Rome Lofts but that I could ring a local cab company 15 minutes before I wanted to travel and I would be fine. This was an appalling piece of advice. We tried to book a taxi two hours before we needed to leave and it was at this point we found out there were no cabs. We then had to take 3 trams and a train during rush hour - with 3 children and luggage - it was stressful but we made it in the end. Rome Lofts staff, if they had informed us in the morning when we spoke to them to book a cab could have told us about the strike and we would allowed far more time to get to the airport and it would have been a lot less stressful. Information is everything!

«Beautiful Home!»

The house was absolutely beautiful, fun decor and a fantastic location, we could walk to most of the attractions we saw. The apartment was large and comfortable for our whole family. The bathrooms are modern and very clean and the bedrooms were charming. The most thing we enjoyed was the terrace! Even at the end of October, we had lovely evenings Read Moreon the lounge furniture and dinners on the large outdoor table. A dream holiday in a dream apartment, thanks we will return!

«Truly Wonderful Experience! »

The apartment is located on a quiet street in the center of Trastevere. The apartment was elegant and spacious and I loved how accessible everything was by foot. I particularly enjoyed being in an apartment that had modern facilities but that did not lose it's authentic italian charm. I already can't wait to be back!

«Beautiful house and wonderful terrace»

The apartment was new, everything perfect, very brightand and fresh, modernly and designe finished. The kitchen with all comfort, very nice. The terrace was incredible, perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply to drink red wine! Fantastic! Everything was confortable and perfect, a very beautiful roman house The house is in a quite and privatRead Moree street. You are in Trastevere areas, one of the most ancient and fashinating areas of Rome, there are cultural attractions, restaurant and beautiful square and street. Opposite the road there are the Tevere, the river that runs throught the city. Crossed by walking Ponte Sisto to built by Pope Sisto IV between 1473 and 1479, on the ruins of a more ancient Roman brige between the current Trilussa square and Pettinari road near the beautiful Giulia road, Farnese square and Campo de Fiori square, the most importante zone for roman people, unmissable walking! We loved the area which lots of bars, and cafes, full of character and charm. The house has a lot of windows that make it bright, the living room is very wellcoming, the rooms nice decoration and the beds confortable, the bathroom modern and well furnishings. You can't to lose this house! The transfer to and from the airport was very efficient. We appreciated the street map and bus map which you left for us. We came back, this was an incredible experience! Thank You Laura
