The Property

This elegant Rome apartment for rent is perfectly located in a quiet and residential area. From the windows of the apartment, you can admire beautiful views over Rome.

The apartment’s spacious and luminous living room has a beautiful marble floor  and features three different areas. The first one is perfect to have a coffee and meet friends: there are vintage armchairs, a comfortable couch and a wooden coffee table. You’ll also find a well furnished library.

The second part of the living room is moreover a perfect place to relax in front of a book on one of the two extra cushy sofas covered with plenty of ethnic style cushions. Here you will also find the Sat TV.

The third part of this space is the dining area that features a wooden table which sits up to 6 people and 3 useful cupboards. Original and stylish Asian objects moreover enrich the furniture.

The open kitchen is very well equipped with a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dish washer and a washing machine. There is also a lovely breakfast bar with two wooden stools.

Furthermore, the sleeping area includes 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a four-poster bed with elegant white curtains and an antique mirror. This room also faces a nice corner balcony with flowers.

The second and the third bedrooms have double beds situated on the mezzanine. This just one of the ways that this already spacious apartment makes the most of its rooms so as to get the very best out of these spaces.

The Location

The street where the apartment is known to be one of the safest and calmest of the district. With its many trees, it also makes a nice change from the city atmosphere! Just 200 meters away, you’ll find a famous meeting point, “Il Baretto“. Here you can have an aperitif after a pleasant walk up Gianicolo hill. From the top,  you can admire the breathtaking view of the city.

In the evenings, Trastevere moreover has an electric atmosphere. It is the perfect place to grab a bite to eat, or simply enjoy a gelato whilst people watching.

Crossing the Tiber you will find yourself right in the heart of the historic center. This area, surrounding Campo de’ Fiori and extending to the Piazza Navona, has plenty more facilities. We recommend coming here in the mornings to stock up on fresh produce at the Campo’s market.

Here you can also access banks, pharmacies, post offices and supermarkets. From here you will also be within easy walking distance of attractions such as the Pantheon and the Castel Sant’Angelo.
