«Very good experience»
Over all, very good. Very responsive staff. However, very rapid check-in which did not allow a thorough visit of flat and explanation of different installations, such as gas in kitchen and TV. We were also overcharged for the city tax. Otherwise, great location of flat and good facilities.
«Very well located, perfect to discover Rome!»
The apartment is very well located and the contact with the staff of RomeLoft was very easy. They organized a car to pick me up at the airport and also have provided my breakfast, a true quality service. The payment was easy and clear. Somethings they can do better: I was waiting for a couple bed, unfortunately in that apartment they have 2 single...Read More
«Location was great»
We enjoyed our stay in Rome and the location of the apartment was great. Kitchen was small but updated. AC did not work well and carpet in living room could use replacing. Great place for a short stay.

We were disappointed that we specifically asked about a microwave and were told there was one. When I reported that there wasn't, Rome Loft insisted that the last guests must have stolen it! Hmm. The bathroom...Read More

It did not help that the bus left the airport 30 minutes later than its scheduled time and the traffic came to a standstill after our bus exited the motorway. It was only later (while...Read More
